Breakfast was a little misleading - given options and asked to message the day before with request for next day but got the same breakfast requested on first morning rather then the change we asked each day? Needs to be clearer if only one option for whole stay

Excellent apartments in great location within Jewish Quarter. Spotless and has everything you need. Reception manager was lovely, very polite and friendly. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends.

Great location, close to restaurants, bars and cultural sites. Easy check in and comfortable apartments. Good service in the reception. Would have been great with a iron in the apartment as well.

We really had a lovely stay at this property and would definitely recommend and stay again. Location is great in the heart of the Jewish quarter in-between the old town and ghetto areas. The apartment was lovely and well kept.

Nice clean place, the host was very plesant. Breakfast was delivered to us even tho we missed the deadline to order it they made sure we were fed before travel. Overall great experience.

Room itself was lovely and in a great location. However the lack of anyone on reception was difficult and severely tested when my room key didn’t work one night. Also the lack of a cleaning service during our stay was annoying with a lack of towels and toilet roll by our last day. All in all though it was a nice place and I would stay again.

The reception is almost entirely unstaffed and the email they provided they don't answer either. They pull out coach they provide is incredibly dirty and full of stains and the "sheet" they give doesn't cover half of it but you can't ask anyone for anything since no one's there. I wouldn't recommend and won't stay again solely on the complete lack of communication. Too stressful for a holiday.

Great location, property size good for a family of four. Main shower head needs replacing (smaller second head was fine) bathroom drainage could smell at times, small issues easily rectified. Would recommend this property.

The apartment was great. Really great! Spotlessly clean, modern and in great location. However there is only housekeeping every 3 days. This is NOT mentioned in Hotels.com or BC 29 Residence websites. It is clearly stated in the information in the apartment itself. Bit late! That information should be made clear to the customer BEFORE they book/turn up. Also, Hotels.com told me I was due a bottle of wine as a VIP Silver customer. The property said they don’t partake of that promotion. Hotels.com told me its availability dependant. Poor advertising! If the property doesn’t offer that then REMOVE it from your description! However the property manager kindly honoured it from his own pocket. Communication with property manager sometimes not great as messages go through Hotels.com. We got managers WhatsApp and that was great. Reception only manned very occasionally. I wouldn’t stay here again. Not due to the property, but because I like the services offered by a normal hotel eg breakfast in a restaurant, someone on reception to communicate easily with, and daily housekeeping.

The room/apartment was really nice and clean. It was big, had its own kitchen and had all facilities one could need.
The neighborhood is also really nice and it was close to everything. There are a lot of nice restaurants and bars around, and it only takes 20 minutes to walk to the old city.
The only thing that wasn't the best with our stay was the breakfast. Well the breakfast itself was good and the portions were big. But 2 of 4 mornings we got the wrong breakfast and 1 morning we didn't get any breakfast at all (you have to order it the day before and it gets delivered to the door). But since the portions were so big we had saved some in the fridge, so it worked out any way.
But other than that it was a really good stay, would definitely recommend it.

The room was absolutely amazing... better then the pictures.... just what we needed for a few days away in such a beautiful place.
Right in the heart of the jewish quarter, lots of history, bars little cafes right on your door step.
We had everyrhing we needed in our room, great balcony to sit in the evening, good king size bed, shower was to die for.... just fabulous

The location is an easy walk from the centre. The area has plenty of restaurants, seems to have a vibe of the young and feels safe. The apartment was very spacious, modern and immaculate condition, we had a great view of the basilica opposite. Checkin and contact was smooth. High recommend

Great apart hotel. The apartment was modern, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Free tea and coffee pods were available to guests. There is the option to order a breakfast hamper, which was good quality and plenty of food. Staff were helpful, friendly and made us very welcome. BC29 is located close to lots of bars, restaurants and cafes in Kazimierz. About 20 min walk to the old town square. The apartment was exactly as seen on the pictures. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when back in Krakow.

Great spot. Spacious duplex apartment with fold out sofa bed in lounge. Modern bathroom, large screen TV with WiFi. 1 min walk from night life in Kasimeriez, 15 mins from Stare Miasto (main square). Quiet at night. Great breakfast delivered to room if ordered before 9pm night before for 20 PLN (£4.50)- you will struggle to eat it all as comes with variety of fresh bread/croissant/pretzels. Will be staying here again.

Modern studio apartment suits a couple. 20 minute walk brings you to Square. Lots of quirky places to eat and drink and a small street with beautiful restaurant.
The staff were so friendly and can book tours and arrange taxis. No problem
