excellent place to stay and very helpful

Mt room was very clean and cosy. There were complimentary coffee tea and bottled water, kettle was clean. The pharmacy and supermarket are just around the corner. The staff are friendly. The lobby is beautiful. The walls are a bit thin so it can be somewhat noisy with band music and crowds from the surrounding restaurants. It generally quiet down before midnight. Personally I welcome the noises as I am a sole traveller and need some background noise to sleep.

This was my second time to stay at this hotel, I just love it, the rooms are really clean and have everything that you could want. The breakfast has great variety, the staff are so helpful and friendly.(especially Maddy. )

Coffee was awfull and we had room facing the street therefore a bit of noise.Everything else was absolutely perfect, would definitely stay there again

Comfy bed, breakfast was awesome and beautifully plated (choose from 5 menu choices), room was kept clean, overall 5-star service from hotel staff. However, there is live music from neighboring establishments, not the fault of the hotel, just a consideration for people who sleep early.

We were allocated to Room 3 for our stay at Jani Hotel. The room was very clean, wonderful spacious, and nicely setup with a huge balcony overlooking the pool. The staff is very friendly, very courteous and ready to go extra mile.
We like Jani’s Place Cottage simply because of it's location which just perfect for our family, it’s close to many great cafes and restaurants.

We complained to the staff and was told to wait a while for the hot water. After waiting for 30 minutes, the most we got was warm water for bathing.

Top little hotel just around the corner from monkey Forrest. Rooms are spacious and the staff are really attentive!
