Had to switch rooms twice due to issues with electrical, air conditioning and damaged furniture. Cleanliness also needs improving.

Aircond tip-top.Swimming pool quite far from hotel but it clean and the deep from 0.9 - 1.2 M are suitable for all my sons..Variety of food selection for BF is OK and tasty..1 problem only.. no astro (got problem that time) should provide the digital free channel for backup...Worth for money for sure....

Check in was okay. Not walkable distance to many places. Breakfast is same for 6 days that I stayed. Overall stay is only okay.

The room is spacious but the pillow cover n blanket r smelly!!! Smell like hair cream, thats so disgusting! Luckily there was an extra pillow n it was clean.Breakfast was so so.

Just basic 3 star but spacious lobby area, would be more friendly if newspapers are available at waiting lounge.

The hotel is a brand new and its look very nice. The only thing is the cleanness of the room. There is still a cigarette and hair on the floor once we check in.

So good. Comfortable jee mcm dah lama tak tukar. Bau mcm dah lama tak pakai so dia tak tukar lahkan.

Hotel is nice but there is no coffee house and cafe open.

A new hotel located not too far from town. Spacious room and I like the separation of bathroom & washbasin. Need to improve on the breakfast variety & quality.

we book this hotel for 2 reason , swimming pool and buffet breakfast . we are so regret and disappointed ,we check in late and getting ready to go for swim at around 5.30 pm but could not find it so I went to the counter and check with the staff and was so shock it was located at the end of basement car park beside abandoned house the light was so dim and no towel for guess, I have to comfort my husband and pray that they serve proper buffet breakfast, but we was so wrong..... the staff switch on the aircon only when she saw us walking in and they serve cold fried rice with 2 mini hot dog and one fried egg (not everyone take rice in the morning right??) .....this is so speechless we paid RM 140 for this kind of breakfast end up we have to drive all the way to jonker street for breakfast , and the room was so dusty i'm having bad running nose whole night . so super regret to booked on this hotel

nice stay..nice pool..but it would be nicer if the pool towel is distributed at the pool itself instead we need to go to the reception to get it.. overall, i am satisfy with my stay. there's good breakfast place in front of the hotel

Very comfortable for family even with 4 kids.
