Dirty bathroom and room, sheets inside out, stained walls, cracked/damaged ceiling, thermostat broken, both elevators broken (we were on the 5th floor)

Hair covers the floor, lights for the bathroom could only be turned on when the hallway lights were switched on. Towel bar fell off the wall when I used the towel hanging on it.

Wasn’t sure what to expect as there was a mix of reviews but decided to give this a shot. We were in the area for late cross country meet so needed a place to stay. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was huge and beds were really comfortable. Was worried we would hear traffic at night but we didn’t. Was on a one way street so easy to get into and quieter. Close to shopping and Costco. Easy access to the highway. Safe feeling neighbourhood as it was mostly commercial area. We used the pool area too. Found pool to be a bit chilly but my kids didn’t mind. Breakfast also had lots of good options and was included.

Sold me a room they didn’t have. The clerk said Expedia should have called to inform me of the issue, but no one will accept responsibility for this major inconvenience as I was still charged for a room. The clerk was curtly and refused to give me a print out of the proof they canceled my booking.

Its a great place, we had an issue with toilet flush, repaired it. One of the bed was making noise when u turn, probably need some repair or replacement. Otherwise its a good place.

The room itself was completely disgusting. The carpet was stained everywhere, so was every wall, Looks like neither have been cleaned in months. We never took off our shoes.

Three days complete lack of WiFi. Breakfast egg patties and bananas were terrible. Worker in charge of breakfas was just nice to the people she slcted.

The room was not well maintained. The floor was sticky and dirty. The walls were dirty with food and other products left by other customers. Two electrical outlets were not working. There was only one light working which made the room very dark. The desk light didn't work. The shower door would not close and stay closed. This made a terrible mess whenever anyone showered. Overall, it was a terrible experience. The Hampton Inn has gone downhill, and lowered their high standards. I won't stay at another one.

This is a more updated property, but it seems to get a lot of use and is a bit beat up. Heavily stained front entry carpets, broken toilet paper holder, chipped bathroom waste basket. Nothing major, and it is obvious the cleaning staff works super hard. Our room was clean, bathroom was clean, and the sheets were all very fresh. The breakfast was well stocked and our children enjoyed it.

Pretty nice property. 6 miles away from the best public laundromat! The hotel cleaning staff was short hannded so we went to do our laundry. They called when the room was ready. Little mall with a Panera right across the street hidden by trees. Loved that there was no carpet in the room & free parking at hotel
