I stayed at the Omni for a girls weekend and had the best time! The Omni has so much inside that we didn’t even see it all! We loved the library bar & the market. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to walk to local bars/restaurants, YUM Center or 4th street. One of the coolest things was the no-wait elevators! I have no idea how they do it, but we never had to wait for an elevator to get to a high floor. The room was very clean & well stocked. The easiest way to park here is valet, but you can self park in a garage behind the hotel. I didn’t look this up before my stay, but I chose to self park and it worked out great! Every staff member we interacted with was super helpful & friendly. I will 100% be back!

Absolutely wonderful. The view was amazing,we were on the 6th floor. The staff couldn’t have been nicer.

I really enjoy this hotel and I have always had pleasant experiences with the staff. I found out that I had an interview on the day I was supposed to check out, so I made a separate with the same room type. When I went to arrange it so I could potentially stay in the same room, they told me that not only did I have to change rooms, but the room type I had booked was reassigned to one that was horrible for my needs and for doing zoom meetings during the day. This pushed back my needs for the day and I had to make 8 separate trips because they didn't offer a cart to move my items. A maid DID offer to help, but it was during the last trip that I was making. She was at least super friendly. Despite there being king bed rooms available on both the Omni website AND hotels.com website up and through when I went to bed at 8 p.m, the hotel stood by their "we are completely sold out of king beds tonight and since you didn't book on Omni's website, we changed your room type." Don't plan on getting the room you book if you book through a 3rd party. This is the first time I've had such a negative experience at this hotel, but I will definitely be returning to my normal hotel choice on my next return.

This hotel is beautiful, and the amenities are great. I especially loved the heated pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall it was a good stay! Housekeeping could be improved.

We visited the Omni on a girls trip to celebrate our birthdays and over 40 years of friendship. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to do one in this case. From the moment we checked in we were well taken care of. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The front desk were amazing, quick, and so friendly. Our room was ready even though we were early. The views were amazing from the 12th floor overlooking the pool. They had a birthday gift bag left in our room while we were gone to dinner. They went out of their way to be sure we had a fabulous stay! We also visited the Mokara Spa and it was the best experience as well: welcoming, attentive, clean, friendly, just wonderful!

Great pool and bar, great cleaning staff but the complete rudeness of reception scores it low here. The check out agent Kevin was very rude when we left, and despite contacting the hotel manager we received no response from our email. Avoid this place until they train their staff better and get a better check out system

Great property! It is coolly elegant, the staff are really helpful and efficient. They attended to every need we had.

Huge property with plenty of on-site choices for drink and food along with walking distance to the main Bourbon Row street. This was also an easy place to day trip to the other nearby regions with distilleries. One of the best things about this hotel is the rooftop lap pool and large hot tub.

Nice hotel. Very friendly team. Bit of a walk to room for mom with mobility issues.

Room was super dusty and valet never charged our car when requested and left front door opened to our Tesla. Phone lines were down during our stay so communication was impossible unless you go downstairs to service desk. Not pleased for being an Omni hotel.

New ish property, totally corporate and over themed. Biggest turnoff: $20/day wifi charge???? How insulting and annoying. Raise room rate by $7 instead. Will not stay here again.

the television in the room was not positioned where it was viewable by both people. The shower was excellent. waiting for the car from valet took a long time.

I reserved 2 hotel rooms on the Hotels.com website (and was confirmed in my email.) When I checked in the front desk staff only had us reserved for one room. I asked for a second room and I was made to feel as if it was my fault and that I was asking a lot to acquire the number of rooms I had reserved. Other than the front desk staff, we had a great stay.

Staff was amazing. Elevators could be cleaner.

If bad weather or later in the night, my group had several locations within the Omni visit with each other in a comfortable area.

Loved how the property is connected with the market. It is a bummer that the Hot Tub wasn’t closed. I was looking forward to the Hot Tub but I was told by the employees that there was kids that peed/pooped inside…

Our first time i Louisville and this hotel fit our needs for everything. The ease of getting to the location, access to the freeway, walking around downtown. Great staff from the valet to the front desk and bars and restaurants. The hotel is very clean, large and beautiful with an amazing shopping area (food and drinks) and a speakeasy !!

It is amazing.

The facilities and staff are so great. Staff gave our children little goodie bags a nice special touch. Fresh berry water all day. The atmosphere is vibrant. The art in lobby area and on the floors is beautiful and interesting . Beds were super comfy and view is nice. The church next door seems to attract vagrants but security keeps them at bay. Market on first floor with restaurants is very convenient with nice choices. Pool is amazing!!! It was crowded Labor Day weekend but it was still amazing! Overall I loved my visit and would choose to live at this Omni if I could afford too. I will be back.

We had a great time.

The surfaces of my room were dusty, and the floors were filled with hair and lint. I asked one of the service ladies to clean the surfaces, and she used a dry cloth that just moved the dust around.

I love the OMNI brand of hotels. This one did not compare to the Atlanta's OMNI. Not close. Parking was a giant mess. Although the man managing the whole roll of traffic under the canopy was very organized and good at this job. Extremely hard worker that deserves decent compensation for the amount of work he handles. It was a rats nest. Bell hops were great. Didn't like the feeling it would take so long to get my vehicle from your paid parking lot.
