Staff were nice. Wish the breakfast can have more varieties and don’t start cleaning the area before the closing time. Hotel did not clean the room every day so if you travel as a family, you may need to find spots to hang towels and swipe the floor yourself.

Please improve signage for first time, guests arriving to the property and where to go to check in, and consider putting fencing around the parking area to reduce homeless population in the parking area

If you're looking to swim during your stay then pick somewhere else. The pool is extremely small.

The staff at this site were great. Very friendly , professional and accommodating. They allowed a late check out our last day so we could finish some site seeing. Parking was ample and secure. Facilities were well updated The included breakfast was good overall.

The location to everything in Kansas City is awesome!

I really enjoyed the size and amenities in our room! Large refrigerator, plenty of room to lay out our clothes, electronics, makeup, etc. the shower was good, good water pressure; quick to have warm water. There was a microwave, very nice dishes and even a dishwasher with the powder to use it. The only gripe was there was some maintenance needed around the door frame of the bathroom. And the pool is small and freezing. But the breakfast was great and changed some daily. And the guys who worked the desk were so friendly and helpful! I’d stay there again!

I really enjoyed the stay it was central to a lot of places in the area. There could be a clearer path to the entrance. The noise from the street on Saturday night was a bit loud late at night.

Lobby on second floor was very inconvenient. No waiting area for guests off the street.

I loved the location of this hotel. Close enough to downtown, lots of Bird Scooters to rent and plenty to do within walking distance!

We stayed for 1 night and enjoyed the area and the hotel was clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to places of interest and restaurants.

The hotel and staff were 5 star!! It would be really nice if they had DrPepper in their pantry! Breakfast was very nice we will choose this hotel chain again!

The room was spacious so was the restroom. Both were decently clean and nicely decorated. The pool was a lot smaller than we were expecting though.

Overall very satisfied. The beds were beyond comfy. The front desk helped me immediately when I needed to switch rooms. Breakfast was delicious the only thing disappointing was the size of the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at the Home2 Suites in Kansas City. It seemed like the suite was specifically designed for individuals who are working and needed lots of desk space. There were a few families staying there, but the hotel had more of a business vibe. It was close to the KC streetcar, which was an added bonus for us. There was secure parking, but we were a bit confused as to how to enter the hotel's parking lot and get to the second floor to check-in. The staff was efficient, and the kitchen area was extremely clean. Travelers and staff were all polite and cordial.

Enjoyed property only downer was pool was freezing the water even though indoor, but other then that everything was great including free breakfast.

Secure building, friendly staff, and the pillows were great. Only thing i didnt care for was the strange lock on the bathroom door i couldn't figure out and the pool was very small

This hotel was a bit expensive because of the location. For about 200 a night plus tax I’m disappointed. The sheets were so worn they were Pilly, and they had hairs (not clean?) Unfinished drywall repair in bathroom. The breakfast staff did work really hard and it was a nice spread. The pool was not very clean and someone defacated in the pool resulting in us not even being able to use it. This was not not the hotels fault by any means but they did not even apologize for the disappointing fact that left my child bummed out about not being able to swim. A big reason we chose this hotel was for a pool. It said it was supposed to be a salt water pool but the smell of chlorine was very strong and overpowering. It’s within walking distance to all the crown center sights and union station which we thought would have been worth paying the extra money for but unfortunately we just felt disappointed in the money we spent.
