Exterior door broke, pool out of irder, room had some minor issue

Pool was out of order due to heater being broke. That was disappointing for my little girls, but other than that it was a great stay.

It took us 48 minutes to check in and the rooms were still being cleaned. No one knew how we could check in if the room wasn’t done, but instead of giving us a different room, they had us wait in the lobby until it was ready. Room was out of shampoo and lotion, also ran out of toilet paper after the first night of two night stay. I was not going to write a review, until I was double charged for one of the rooms. The gentleman working the front desk was very polite, but did not know how we could have been charged twice.

The property was wonderful to stay at. They had friendly staff who were there anytime to help. The beds were firm and the pillows were soft. The free breakfast was delicious. It deserves a 5 star rating. I will definitely consider staying there again if im traveling. Thank you.

When we booked, the only room available was a king suite. Upon checking in, we went to our room, which had two queen beds. We did not make an issue of it, as we arrived late and were only there for the night. However, I feel we paid for a king suite, but were given a a double queen room.

I arrived late in the evening and the gentleman that checked me in was very personable and friendly.

Beautiful spacious room, free breakfast included. Sometimes they even have popcorn or cookies to snack on.

The front desk was not friendly or eager to help at check in or check out. At check out the associate never even spoke to me.
One of the cleaning staff wouldn’t even acknowledge me for a towel exchange so I had to find another one to help me.
The pool was dirty and needs a lot of maintenance.
The inside was fairly clean but had a scent of trying to mask pet odor.
The area surrounding the hotel has a lot of stores but it was all very sketchy. Not a place I would want to take my family to.
We were disappointed so after our business class was finished, we drove halfway home and stayed at a different hotel.

The location of this hotel is great — very convenient for all amenities. The rooms are very clean the breakfast is delightful and the staff are warm and welcoming. The gym is also well equipped and clean. There is nothing to not appreciate about this hotel!

I asked for a room like I usually get as I use this hotel 3 or 4 times a year .I always book about a month in advance and book a king size room with a living room space .I was told none were available and was given two queen beds no living room space but paid over 500 for two nights. Seemed high for not getting convinces I asked for

I enjoyed everything about the property from the breakfast to the nice staff to the room I stayed in except the room I stayed in was not the room I made reservation for. My reservation was for a room with a bathtub which was not available/ready at check-in.

This hotel is so convenient to area attractions such as shopping, restaurants, the park area of Knightdale Station. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL!! Breakfast is plentiful and delicious.
