Just good for one night before fly home. Hotel good nice pool but nothing to do further

This is a very nice hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and courteous. Swimming pool area is relaxing and aligned with lawn and reclining chairs. Excellent breakfast buffets come with lots of tasty selections. Great value for a hotel like this! Will definitely come back again.

Airport pickup worked really well. Great staff. The room was very quiet with comfortable beds. The restaurant was first-rate. We had a 4 course set menu. Excellent quality and excellent value. If you prefer local food there are plenty of options in walking distance from the hotel. The pool is very inviting as well. All in all a great choise close to the airport. We will definitely stay here again.

If you're looking for accommodation with a comfortable and hassle-free airport shuttle service, this is not the place for you. An 8-seat van that runs once an hour is not what I would consider an actual shuttle service in practice. We waited for an hour and were told to wait 20-30 mins more because the van was fully booked…

Clean/convinient hotel at good px

We stayed for 2 nights 3 days , stayed right after our wedding - very calm. Good to stay if you are plan to stay near airport

One night stay before flight - great hotel, really recommend it as facilities are great even to stay longer in Bangkok. Beautiful pool, good breakfast. Skandi feel

Convenient for the airport, first impressions really nice. Staff friendly, free pick up from the airport. Room was good size, bedding clean, nice view over the pool. Unfortunately no hot water in the room, raised it with reception 2 times. Nothing was done about it. Shame because after 18 hours travelling all you need is a decent shower. Bathroom needed a better clean, lots of old stray hairs in the corners of the room, in the shower etc.

The hotel was extremely nice and supper friendly. It was really a 5 star hotel. Great breakfast, and great service all around. They also provided a free round trip shuttle from the airport.

Love everything about this hotel. Stayed 3 times in 3 weeks. Proximity to BKK with free shuttle can't be beat. Staff are always lovely and the food in the lobby bar as well as the restaurant is top notch. Rooms are always clean

Room was sufficient for our needs, lots of storage space. Forgot to tell desk that there was window leak of water during storm.

Great location, free airport shuttle, fab food & drinks in the lobby bar, plus incredible buffet breakfast...can't say enough about this hotel. Been here twice already and have a 3rd visit already booked.

Just stayed here for a night for a long day in between flights. It was a very good choice - great room, very nice lobby & swimming pool, staff was very welcoming and I liked the area too (nothing too special but good enough to spend a few hours)

Close enough to BKK airport that it makes an easy place to stay for the night after landing or before flying out. Convenient and clean.

Amazing hotel, very modern and very luxurious. The staff are fast, kind and friendly. The room was amazing, best waterfall shower I’ve ever used. Very quiet and located close to everything you’d ever need. I will definitely be returning.

Offered a shuttle to a from the airport, only a 15 minute journey, so that was great. Breakfast was good, with some pastries and western food, but also local food.

Breakfast was very good for what we paid to include during booking. The restaurant was more of a fine dining, experience atmosphere which we love, and the service was excellent. We ate there most of our stay and enjoyed the food quality and the ambiance. The towels, the beddings and the blankets are tired and can use upgrades and more luxurious materials and fabrics. This gets only 2 Stars for this part, disappointed for the cost of what we paid. The blanket was so thin, we asked for additional blanket, which they accommodated. The A/C was difficult to stabilize, very different temperatures between only one number difference to either super humid or cold. There was no specific option to control the level of humidity. We didn’t have issues in other other hotels in Thailand. Overall, we would consider staying there again if they lower the price because the staff at the front desk, restaurant service and food, and the room cleaning staff were just wonderful. They got our Thumbs Up!

Great hotel near the airport and numerous shopping areas

If the shuttle from airport to hotel will be a long wait (I was told a 30 minute wait) I recommend to take a taxi instead. Great property, room, and room service.
