Love the facility !

Great food clean very nice bread and breakfast

The staff are genuine and easily share the virtues of the property. The grounds are beautiful and well-cared for while maintaining a comfortable presence. My room was spacious and well appointed. The property is close to King Street, galleries and restaurants on Aviles, and St George--all an easy walk.

Room was clean. Breakfast was amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. There is very minimal parking in the historic district. The parking lot Is several blocks away. The area is very quaint and reminded me of London.

Beautiful place and easy to walk around. St. George Street is practically around the corner. Super great staff. We were celebrating our first anniversary and we will be back in the future. LOVE this place

Very comfortable stay. Quiet yet within walking distance to everything and the staff were excellent.

The staff was very friendly. I have food allergies and the chef was very accommodating with breakfast. Location was perfect to walk all around the historic district. We will be back!

Upon arrival you have to go down some very tight one way alleys to get to the 3 space parking to unload. Then carry your bags upstairs with no assistance, then proceed to the parking area which has no signs that is a quarter mile away from property. After the walk back to your room the staff tells you that you room has paranormal activity and is haunted. Staff said they have had experiences recently and truthfully tripped me out. Research before booking. We Just wanted a couple days away to enjoy, and ended up tired and living out the exorcist movie. Very unprofessional staff and overpriced for what you get. Stay away from the British room and Montejurra rooms . Research

The location was excellent, with much of the old city area within walking distance. Loved the available coffee all day. Disappointed fireplace did not work in the room. Bed was very comfortable. The bath did not have its own heat source. We had two cold nights which made the bathroom chilly. We did think the breakfasts not as good as 1 year ago: good but not as great. We would repeat a visit in the future.

Centrally located on historic Aviles Street…. It comprises of two adjacent properties… make sure to take a look at Victorian house, right next door! …. Cute courtyard…. Ample room…property has charm and character. I also thought it was romantic and cozy. The holiday season decorations added to the ambiance! Not without its faults but I prefer to focus on the positives and there were many! I loved our stay over two nights for New Year’s Eve… St. Augustine is so lovely this time of the year! We had three rooms …. We left very happy!

Very good stay! Short walk to the city center and a helpful staff.

Needed to know very limited unloading area and parking. Would have liked bottles of water in the room, because the water is terrible. Needed some type of slip resiant bottom to tub or some type of bar to hold on. Property was very pretty, and rooms beautifully decorated.

We especially appreciated the helpful, kind and attentive staff—from late check in help to morning breakfast and checkout! Also, the authentic beauty of the place, amenities, within easy walking distance and reasonable rate.

We were texted at 5pm, an hour before front desk was due to shut down, asking when we were going to arrive making us feel somebody was in a hurry to leave. This was confirmed when the lady who greeted us (Cathy?) barely had time to say Hello before she was on the computer charging us for the second half of our payment. Then, Big Surprise. The room which I had so carefully picked out in The Victorian house only 2 weeks before, was not available. There is an enormous renovation project gong on there so I don't believe that management were unaware that "my" room would be inaccessible when I made the booking. The room we were shown before she ran away was not what I would have chosen. It had a huge bath tub in the room. Door to the bathroom wouldn't close properly. Furniture was not so much antique as just old and not well cared for. Wi Fi wouldn't work despite what the instructions in the room said. We texted Cathy, she didn't reply. When we asked about it the next day she literally rolled her eyes, told us we should have read the instructions and then took his phone out of my husband's hand and typed in a password. She was actually rude. They will not clean room unless you put the door hanger out. Breakfast was good and served by two lovely ladies but there was no choice. Food was just put down in front of us. Two courses each morning. Day two started with strawberry sorbet! Lets just say its a good thing we are not big eaters. Decor in our room was tired 60s.

The property was absolutely beautiful! The garden was beautiful and we loved the history behind it! The location was great and almost everything was in walking distance. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. I would highly recommend Casa De Solana to anyone!

Excellent location and an Excellent staff.

We have stayed here multiple times before. We love the locaiton, the staff, the excellent breakfasts, and the historic setting. It is a great place to stay when visiting, as it captures the essence of St. Augustine!

Sadly I cannot give a good review except for the staff who were great. Firstly, we didn’t find out the parking was three blocks away until AFTER it was too late to cancel. Had this been disclosed on Hotels.com I would have stayed elsewhere. This was a big issue. The room was nice but couldn’t cool below 76 and the door had cracks top and bottom, allowing in more hot air. Bed was comfortable, pillows okay. Quiet area. Close to everything. Breakfast consisted of three choices; all of them pancakes. Nice fruit compote and good coffee though.

The property was in a quiet location & we enjoyed that. A little disappointed on the hospitality, it was not very personalized, at breakfast we had to serve our own coffee & juice & upon check out there was no person to collect our key & ask if we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location !

I think I expected a more personal service from a B&B. The guy who checked us in was nice enough but was an employee rushing out. At breakfast we were met by some hired ladies from Europe. It was just a small hotel in an old building and a breakfast menu.

This B&B is our go to in St. Augustine! Stayed at many B&B’s throughout the years when we visit and this place is our favorite ❤️
