We went to Haridwar for Arthi Visargan and stayed the night here after Ganga Aarti. The hotel is 20 minutes drive and is very clean and staff was great. At the reception the service of Sumit Sharma the Front office Manager was exceptional. The room service was good. Rooms are big and good and clean, washroom was big and clean. Next day we had breakfast buffet which was good but ended very early. The breakfast service experience was enhanced by Sachin waiter.

The Hotel rooms did not have windows opening to the outside, pretty claustrophobic. They don’t inform this during the booking of the rooms.
For a double occupancy room only one key is provided.

If you can ignore the surrounding areas , you will come to like it . From a modest lobby , you will be surprised by very well kept rooms which are clean , efficient and modern . The front office people are genuinely efficient and make all efforts to make guests feel welcome . The restaurant is again efficient if not plush with limited offering but making it up with great hospitality and tasty food . It is about15 to 20 minutes drive ti the Ganga ghats . The surrounding area is a bit of a letdown as it looks like an industrial area with heavy vehicle traffic at all hours .

I had major issues with internet. The white list certain urls and black list Netflix. I stayed at many hotels during my journey this one was difficult when it comes to wifi connections and watching things like cnn or fox or Netflix. Spent a lot of time confused initially, they didn’t let me know what to expect when it comes to wifi. If they fixed there internet wifi issues it would be a great place to stay.

This is a lovely hotel with excellent food and great service. We went on a family holiday and went to Haridwar and Chandi Devi Temple. I would definitively recommend the hotel.

The best property for a Family stay in Haridwar... This was the third time I've stayed at this property and everything was perfect... The staff is very helpful and accommodating and would go out of their way to help you manage with a small child... Staying here gave me the piece of mind that one always wants during a family vacation... Vinod, Pradeep, Ashish and Dipesh were excellent in their service... Looking forward to coming back soon

Biggest disappointment was the breakfast buffet. Nothing seemed appropriate except Aalu Paratha. Pooha was all dry and hard, fruits were also not fresh. Pineapple was very sour. Idli and sambhar were also not good in taste. Overall the whole money of breakfast buffet went in drain.

After long trip reached hotel late night. Reception to checkin the room hardly took anytym.. 3 signatures and thats it.. The speed and politeness of staff impressive. Facility in room good. Courteous staff for room service. Restaurant .. Food and staff both good. Covid precautions taken all around. Appreciate sincerity. My best experience of staying in any of the hotels till now.

We had seven rooms booked , the room AC were not working and there was no hot water in bathrooms. The fire alarm was ringing in morning and reception staff did not know how to switch off or act on it .

Nice hotel and hospitable staff. The breakfast and dinner were set menus as it was a weekend stay. Could have been better. The location of the hotel is Bhadrabad and quite far from Haridwar. While booking the hotel accommodation online, this is not clearly mentioned.
