The hvac unit was so loud it was difficult to sleep

I took the sheets off my bed before I went to work at 4am got off at 12p and had to call for replacement sheets and towels waited 30-45 mins they asked for the replacement and looked at me like I was crazy when I told them they already put them in the hall this morning

This is DEFINITELY GOING TO BE A PROPERTY I WILL VISIT AGAIN Property was spotless .Front desk was very friendly Room was small but very efficient and perfect for an overnight trip (no dresser drawers to store clothes in or a traditional closet) Bathroom was spotless clean water efficient toliet Body wash that mounted in shower was fabulous. Shampoo Conditioner wall mounted for easy use in shower, nice quality product. BEST air conditioner for a hotel room I have had on a really long time . Ice Machine right by elevator easy to find Big Elevators great if you use an ADA scooter or wheelchair. Quiet hallways after 10pm is a blessing. Many TV stations to choose from. Fitness room was nice , new equipment . quick snack and food selections for midnight munching (or anytime you need a quick snack or ice cream) at front desk Breakfast was good . Intresting way to make pancakes . Only thing I found less than was too strong of chlorine smell to use indoor pool area Totally understand it is because its in a closed room To be honest I have the same dislike at most hotels with an indoor pool. Too hot/humid and chlorine smell for me.

It was very long check in. System was down and waiting time to have room 2.5 hours. It is not good service and convenient driving a few hours. Refrigerator is not working in my room.

The front desk man was great. The room was very small.

We had a delay during check-in for approximately 30 minutes, due to the system at the front desk being down. Unfortunately, we were on a tight schedule, as we were attending a concert in town. The delay left us unable to unpack and settle in our room; once we got into our room we only had enough time to drop our luggage and head back out. When we got back the room we discovered that the deadbolt on the room door would not lock, and the bathroom door was stuck open because it was too tight on the floor.

Other than changing rooms twice, the front desk person (Mitchell) was excellent and was very cordial .

Never have any complaints.

We checked in late but the checking in was very fast and the front desk clerk was very sweet and was amazing

Great stay. Very clean and friendly.

I attended a concert at Freedom Hill and chose Tru for its price and location. The hotel appears fairly new with ample parking. The only downside to accessing the hotel was the one entrance that is almost hidden. It sits right behind tropical smoothie so don't miss the turn. Immediately upon entering the hotel I was greeted by the front desk staff. I was checked in quickly and without issue. They recognize that I was a Hilton honors member and made sure to connect my stay to my membership. They gave me two free bottles of water, as well. The lobby was very open with plenty of seating all around. They had a little snack bar area where you could buy chips and bars. There was a pool table and plenty of TVs around to watch The room was very nice, a bit smaller than a normal hotel room, but for a one-night stay it was perfect. It was very clean and bright. No carpeting here! The beds were comfy and there was a nice selection of pillows on the bed. The bathroom was clean and bright with a nice size walk in shower. I really liked the squeeze bottles of shampoo and soap and lotion. It's really nice not to have to fight with those little bottles and set them on the little shelf only to knock them over. The shower even had a little foot bench so you could wash your toes or shave your legs. I didn't get up and get out early enough to enjoy the free breakfast, so I have no comment on that. Overall, this day was very nice and I would not hesitate to use this hotel brand again.

All the staff members were nice and very helpful. There were many dining options close by to choose from.

My stay was cool front desk was kind and when I needed something they did provide it . The room was kinda small and the beds are not that comfortable but over all we had a good stay and the kids loved the pool . The pool was a bit small compared to others but they still had a good time , they could have eased up in the salt in water tho

The bedding and mattress quality was absolutely awful. The bedding was too small for the king size bed. All 4 pillows were full of lumps and not comfortable at all. A few staff members were not helpful at all and were rude when I had a request for gym towels. Her comment was “who goes to the gym at 10:00” and didn’t even leave her stool to assist. She preferred to be on her personal cell phone.

Property needs an update. Staff very friendly. No cleaning service provided over 3 nights and no credit but as indicated.

Our room absolutely stinks like cigarette smoke and we are not able to switch rooms. Will never come back and never recommend to a friend

There was litter in the parking lot when we pulled in. Just the general vibe was uncomfortable outside. We were there on Mother’s Day and many restaurants were closed. We had to ask twice to be moved because the first room smelled like an ashtray. The gentleman host apologized and wondered aloud why it was “in rotation” since the previous guests had been fined for cigar use. Once in our new room, there was a family of animals above us. We called the room directly, telling them it sounded like they were going to come thru the ceiling. It did not stop. We then called the front desk, with no answer. He did call back and made the family of animals move across the hall. Would not recommend.

Very Clean and upgradesld hotel, breakfast was good. Pillow was broken and room not clean every day.
