the space in the room was nice.

some areas were not cleaned, the drawers in the dressers, bathroom vanity & kitchen cabinets felt as though they have a powder grit in them. the coffee pot in the room was not washed. last, the breakfast could’ve been better, all they served for their hot breakfast was carbs…waffles along with biscuits & gravy, muffins, bagels & English muffins, cereals & loaf cakes. a protein with a hot breakfast would’ve been nice.

Location for our purposes was good

The room was dated, ripped carpet, stained arm chair, hair in bathroom drawers, punch mark in bedroom door, and last but not least the children woke up full of bites, investigated the mattress they slept on and there was bed bugs!!! Absolutely disgusted with General cleanliness, the way management have neglected to deal with it even with photographic evidence...wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!!

A room with the things needed that we asked for fire place 2 bedrooms separate from the open living room and kitchen with a few of us hot tub with a room at the hotel now I'm not going with the things I needed to know and hotel never called back to me it's Xmas no where to stay my booking was for 9 days they put 2 rooms wrong hotel and never called me about anything

Noisy up stairs neighbors. Although non smoking hotel, we could smell smoke in the hallways.

The location worked well for us! We were impressed with the “built up/new” surroundings. We liked having a full refrigerator! Staff was very friendly!!

We understand that COVID is a factor, but breakfast was not very impressive

Room was dirty upon arrival , pet hair was on furniture, housekeeping did a terrible job cleaning room. Floor wasnt vacuum. Price too high to have outdated tv and furniture.
