Very nice hotel in terms of location , walkable to nice restaurants and shopping street and very professional and helpful staff.

There is difference between mediocre and the best hotel. I would say Westin is easily the best hotel I have stayed in Perth. All of the hotel staff are very helpful and polite, always smile to guests and provide excellent service. Breakfast at Garum is exceptional, beautiful food and coffee, amazing staff. Comfortable bed and couch with spacious room and nice city view.
Overall it is always a perfect stay being in Westin. Definitely worth the price with all it provides. Will be back again for sure!

As always, crisp linen and great service at this luxury property. Superb gym and great breakfast and dinner offerings. Centrally located with impressive pool (maybe not mid-winter).

The hotel is physically imposing but fell short in some of the little things.
Failure on several occasions to replenish tea and coffee in spite of being requested through reception, no room service on one day, a request for spa booking which was never acknowledged… all relatively minor but disappointing for a hotel of this quality

Love the Westin Perth for a quick local ‘stay-cation’ from initial check in with bubbles to great room views and surrounding restaurants it’s a great get away.

You walk in and it smells like the crown hotel. Upon check in you are provided with champagne. Room was spacious and big. Compfy beds and pillows. And staff were amazing

I expected more from this property.
The water pipes for the shower were very noisy, pillows were uncomfortably big, room was cold, no price list for the mini bar. The hotel unknown to me charged my credit card for cost of the room despite showing them my bank statement that I’d paid the room through Expedia. When I realised they’d charged me (upon check out) they said it would take 5-10 business days to refund. I complained to the Managers Manager and received a refund the next day.

The staff were amazing. The room was spacious and modern. My room looked out to the lights of the city. I loved the restaurant. The food was delicious.The buffet breakfast was wonderful with so much variety and the quality of the food was outstanding.
The hotel was situated in a central location . I highly recommend this hotel.

We had to complaint daily on the housekeeping.
It took them 3 days to change our soiled bedsheet.
Amenities were not refilled - refillable soap was not there.
No vanity kits throughout the stay.
When we requested we were sent shoe mitt or sanitary bags.
Hotel breakfast was pathetic.
Lounge was good for 3-4 days but other days was very bad.

Love the modern, clean and spacious rooms. Enjoy our stay here as location is convenient as near to shops and short walk to several halal restaurants. Has ample parking space for those driving. Thumbs up for the good customer service and attention to details. Would be good if halal options could be labelled for buffet dine ins during breakfast. ☺️

Great experience during our first stay at the westin. Nice rooms with great views of perth and the swan river.
Only minor annoyance was all the lights turning on the moment someone unlocked the door and entered the room even if it was occupied.

We expect a very good experience at a Westin and Perth at Easter disappointed. Seemingly understaffed, no help on arrival, poor signage at Parking, when I expressed my initial thoughts, front desk seemed to care less about their standards/ service ethos than I did.

Room is modern and bright with a comfortable bed. Good location, and fabulous pool. Staff were friendly, although a bit slow moving. Gym was fine, but air con wasn’t working well and was very hot. Breakfast buffet was good, but disappointed that English Breakfast tea was not available as leaf (only tea bags and they were terrible). Selection of tea in rooms was also limited and poor quality for a hotel of this calibre. Milk was UHT pods, and when fresh milk was requested for tea it arrived in UHT cartons with straws. Room service was also limited menu and not high very interesting.

I was not happy , with the receptionist to charge for tow hours due to my flight tiimings .She gives expalantion that 1200pm check out is complimentary.I am wondering real check is earlier than 12.00pm
Even though been loyal coustomer to westin Perth from morethan eight years,I never exoected this from her .Other wise hotel is realy good and comfortable .
