I stayed 2 nights for business. Unfortunately, I was not able to rest because I can hear the chats and laughter in the hallways. Upon check in the front desk staff mentioned breakfast is from 7am to 10am. So I went down for breakfast around 7:10am, lights were still closed. I asked the attendant what's for breakfast and she said breakfast is at 7:30am then pointed at the sign. Then added they only serve 7am breakfast upon request. I wanted to confront her but I did not want to ruin may day.

When I arrived to check in they told me their Wi-Fi was out is that okay I told them no I'm going to find a different hotel please give me a refund they said no.

The property and staff were good. Very few in room amenities, no ability to heat water for tea or reheat leftover meals.
Breakfast was good but no access to coffee in the lobby after cafe closed in the morning.

On their website they said it's free breakfast but none at all. Our room is infront of the road & it was so noisy with the cars or motorbike passing by. The only good thing about it was the staff are friendly & accomodating. Overall, I am dissapointed with my stay.

Having read the previous reviews left, it seems the property is much improved since it’s refurbishment. I booked for my quarantine stay and room was exactly what I hoped for, clean, reasonably sized and the hotel is in an excellent central location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The profile picture there is very misleading. The rooms are nothing like what is shown in the picture. Very small bedroom so is the bathroom. No windows and the elevator was out of service. Lastly, they will laterally charge you for everything; including towels, refrigerator, even tissue for the bathroom. I Regret booking this hotel big time. Never again !

I only stay until midnight before my local flight. It's clean for a cheap hotel but was a good location for some easy transactions for a solo female traveler.

Good location for nightlife and restaurants. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful for any questions or extras we needed but what brings this hotel down is the cleanliness of the bathroom and no natural light in the room.

We get the room which is facing the main road, midnight there is party and the music is too loud and we can't really have a good sleep.
