It is an old place, but nice. The location is good, but very noise during the night, also with other guest being loud after 23.00, and they slammed the door many times (this is nothing to do with the property is lack of respect and education) - so the only thing we didn`t like is that the sound isolation is inexistent. Everything else was just perfect for one night. The room was big with balcony.

An old, run-down hotel with tiny rooms, even tinier bathrooms and on a very busy road. On arrival, we were greeted by the snoring male owner at reception! We then got a lecture from the female hotel owner on everything from accessing the hotel to using the air conditioning, Covid-19 to how to park our car in their 'free parking'. Ironically, the female owner charged us 15 Euros for parking, which I challenged. We argued, I showed her my booking and said I'd complain to hotels.com, to which she replied she didn't care. She did however care enough to change the hotel details to 'Parking available' the same day, after stealing our money. She is one of the most difficult people you could ever wish to meet, and unbelievably rude. Other reviews mirror my own description. I wouldn't wish this hotel on my worst enemy.

This is a very basic hotel but a nice balcony with a great location off the main road and very close to the center and everything in Minori. They also provide parking at a good price which is very important. Maria and her family/staff are fantastic, helpful and accommodating.

The Wi-Fi was not working at all during our stay and the reception was very difficult to get a response from for hours after asking our help. There was a lot of noise around the area very cold in rooms also

Wonderful location in Minori, right along main bus route. Hotel is a bit loud & rooms are basic but very clean. Maria was wonderful in welcoming me & storing my luggage for a late departure. Breakfast during Covid was at a bakery up the street & consisted of a pastry & a latte/drink.

Good breakfast and simple accommodation. Very clean. Dated but clean. Easy walk to everything in Minori . The price is inline with what you get.

bed was lumpy but place was very clean and very well located. had to leave after 3 of 4 nights stay because of flu virus shutting down flights home . hotel would give refund

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. Shower was awful, room was super old and dingy and smelled terrible. The cherry on top was when we had a silverfish come onto our bed. They say check in is only until 5 which is ridiculous while the owners hang out at reception. Would definitely not recommend.

Staff was not helpful or polite. Was told to wait until until after 9am to get out car back form a “private spot”. Negotiated that time form 10am-we wanted to be out the door at 8am. Was not sympathetic to the fact that we had a flight to catch.

Reception couldn't find the pre-paid reservation, but in the end everything went well. A/C did work fine, good place to reach different areas of Minori or Maiori w/o using a car. This old Bathroom needs improvement, and is too small. Quality of breakfast depends, whole range of old pastery to good fresh buns. WiFi didn't work.

The owner or manager of the property is extremely rude, not hopeful, she yells. We were on the second floor and there is no elevator , we had to go up the stairs with two big luggages I do not recommend this place at all

Forget the negative feedback from other guests. Locals in this region always talk very loud (hey you ‘re in Italy) , so for us it was more amusing then disturbing. The room is ok, new airco which works very good and cools the room in very little time. The breakfast has a lot of things, lots of sweet, but also normal bread, toast, ham, cheese, cornflakes, etc. So for us very complete. Wifi works fine . The hotel is very central and we had a great time here! Grazie mille !
