Enjoyed our stay at the Ave Maria. It was an easy (flat) walk to the bus station and from the train station. The room was cozy and had everything we needed, and the high pressure shower was the best of many hotels.
The breakfast buffet was simple, with watermelon, pastry, cucumbers, and tomato plus a bit more. We had a balcony facing the castle, so I would count that as an incredible view. We recommend without hesitation.

Mainly staff was very helpful, respectful, friendly and kind. Conveniently located and close to main amenities especially the castle area. We really enjoy our time in Ave María!

The room , bedsheets,bathroom is clean.The location is exactly 1km from the bus station.Restaurants, small food shops can be found within 500m around the property. The best was the wi-fi. l had to work on my laptop and probably it was the best of all my hotel stays of my Turkey trip. Breakfast is okay,not too much of variety but fresh and clean.
Overall,my stay was good and l am satisfied with the hotel service.l recommend the hotel .

Nice room near Ephesus and the places to visit in Selçuk. Big room very confortable with all needed amenities, kitchenet and laundry facilities.

This budget hotel far exceeds expectations and is extremely good value. Only a short drive from the amazing site of Ephesus and a short walk to town for dinner.

Comfortable place to stay. 12 minute walk to the center of town. AC, TV, comfortable bed with breakfast included. Smallish room, no fridge some road noise and music playing in the middle of the night. Had a nice night here.

We visited selçuk with my girlfriend and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We couldn't have made a better choice. The room is very cozy, clean and with amenities. The family that received us very friendly, helpful and attentive. Delicious and filling breakfast. They always welcomed us with a smile and were ready to answer any questions. We felt very comfortable, like in our own home. We would have loved to spend more days sharing with them, talking about football and other topics. We arrived at the hotel at 11 AM and checked in. The room was clean and well maintained. The manager's expression was bright and friendly, and the breakfast was neat and wonderful. The shower room is in a separate room and the water pressure is very high. However, the odor is flawed in the toilet. Overall I like it and recommend it.

Wonderful place to stay, felt very welcomed and most comfortable stay. The owner and his family treat you like their own family. Rooms were very clean, spacious and the bonus was a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, washer etc.
On the day of checkout we had to leave early but the owner made sure to arrange a wonderful breakfast for us.
The WiFi connection is also very good and they have a delicious full breakfast. Location is perfect for a number of attractions.
Would recommend this place for everyone and it would be choice to stay if we visit again.

The hotel was close to Havas Bus, Apostle Johns Tomb, several restaurants near by. Very clean, comfortable, good breakfast, the manager was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We will come back here, again.

The hotel was in a great location and was of a very high standard for the price. The breakfast was also the best I have had in Turkey.
