More of an apartment than a hotel room, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, sitting room, and even a small kitchen. Courtyard setting was very welcoming. Extremely friendly staff. No food or bar available but you’re welcome to bring in if you wish. Just a few steps from the French Market and 1/2 mile from Jackson Square, but not bothered by any noise from Bourbon Street.

No workout space, false advertising. Just a closet with an elliptical. Parking is super difficult unless you rented a civic. The doors are really skinny, not to code.

I was so excited 288.00 for one night wow !
The couch you were afraid to sit on it looked soooo filthy everything felt sticky absolutely no parking for the 5 minute check in I parked on the back of the building to find out about parking and my vehicle was booted 120.00 later oh and it’s 28.00 to park there just sayin. The front desk was nice and the highlight was the spa tub in the room still hoping I didn’t catch anything from using it.

The stay was wonderful.
Delila at the desk - AMAZING. HELPFUL! And those decorations were on point! (For Halloween).
The bed in our rooms were not very comfortable - other than that, the room was spacious and comfortable for our small family. The hotel is quiet inside and no one disturbs you. I loved the fact that no one can enter the building or the parking garage without staying at the hotel as well, brought a feeling of safety close to the French quarter.
It’s not fancy. The pool is small. But for us, neither of those things were important.
It was clean and safe and homey and the staff was pleasant.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking and will definitely be bringing my family back to stay again!

We have stayed there any times. It is getting old and things fail to be repaired. Friendly as always. Helpful in many ways.

This is actually a timeshare privately owned, and owners get top priority versus somebody who rented like we did. Could not get parking as it was not available and had to pay $120 so we checked out early so I didn’t have to pay that a second night. Property itself is average too good. It’s very historical, so you get the taste in New Orleans but I don’t think I’ll stay there again just because of the parking situation.

This was the best experience! The hotel was quaint, beautiful, and safe. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to experience the downtown, old town, jazzy area of the French Quarter! Kudos to the staff for being kind, attentive, and very sweet.

I arrived late and the front desk was very friendly and accomodating and got me taken care of right away so i can get to sleep. She told a good place for breakfast and said they can have coffee brought up to me. Just incredibly friendly and when checking out just as great of service.

Our stay here was fantastic. The hotel is cute, staff is amazing, and location was great! There is a nice patio on the second floor open to all guests. We loved sitting out there in the evenings. Also, outside of the rooms there are tables and chairs facing the courtyards. We spent a lot of time there as well. Rooms are spacious and having the little kitchenette was great!

Not for everybody, location is Frenchmen Street which is extremely busy and dirty (New Orleans!). For us was perfect for our favorites, Louisiana Music Factory, Envie Coffee and streetcar to Canal. Hotel itself was super quiet both inside and out in spite of location.
Suite was like our own little NO apartment, plenty of amenities. Staff was A and so enjoyed chatting with them all. Believe this will be our new go to on future visits.

2nd stay. This will be my go to spot. I have a friend who is an owner since it opened. So happy to have had the inside knowledge of it's existence. The staff made mother's day special for mom's staying there by presenting us rose. It's the little things that make places memorable. We feel safe here. It's mostly quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Unit very clean. A+ to all the staff

We had a great stay over the weekend. The room fit our group and we were fortunate to get a parking space through the hotel. The hotel is very close to a lot around.

Was woken up by freight train whistle at 5:30 in the morning. Train tracks across the street. But this also offers the convenience of the streetcar stop across the street. You accept one thing for the other.

We had an amazing stay for the Mardi Gras festivities. The room was larger than expected. The staff was helpful and polite. My only negative was I had to pay an additional 200$ for parking because there is little parking at the hotel itself.

Although the staff were incredibly kind... there is not a lot of parking available. The water heater must be really small too because we had to take cold showers. The room had a weird smell and the rooms are very small.

Ideal immediatelly by the French quarter, but this place needs lots of work and love to make it to todays standards. Also no breakfast available.

Very nice older property. Rooms are dated, but clean. Great location to go watch the parades that roll through the Marigny. Always good to have a close bathroom during parade time.
