It felt like home in Italy - great AC, amazing comfort and beauty and we absolutely loved it !

Charming and well located B&B type establishment that offers a fantastic breakfast and friendly, attentive staff.

The unit in the photo is exactly what we got - clean, spacious, very comfortable and we had an adjoining bedroom for our boys so 2 bath 2 beds worked out perfectly. The surprise was the top floor patio which we used often. They even served breakfast 8-10 every morning! An awesome surprise because we American's love our breakfast :-) and location location location - right next to Trevi fountain - those crowds are something but great location - walkable to just about everything we wanted to do!

Located centrally for many of Rome's attractions, Casa Modelli is great as a base for exploring. We were able to walk anywhere we needed. Colosseum - 30mins, Vatican city, St Peter's Basilica etc, 50mins, Villa Borghese gardens 22mins. Mariel was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her; she made us feel very welcome and looked after us all week. We had the Family room with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Air con in both rooms and several shuttered windows for natural ventilation.

This family gives Casa Modelli a 10+. The accommodations and staff were exceptional. Their attention to detail in making us feel so pampered was so appreciated. The rooftop terrace where we enjoyed an incredibly good daily breakfast and a dinner one evening took this accommodation over the top. Their dinner recommendations were spot on and the oh so beautiful apartment definitely gives this a 10+ rating. Thank you so much.

Our stay at Casa Modelli was absolutely perfect. The location could not have been any more amazing. We stayed in the connecting two bedroom. It was spacious and very clean. The beds were the perfect amount of firmness. The bedding was soft. The bathrooms had great smelling shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. There was a hair dryer and it was easy to request room cleanup and fresh towels. I had a little trouble figuring out the remote for the air conditioning but after I asked for help the a/c got very cold. We were also able to connect to our Netflix on the tv in both rooms, which was great. The breakfast offered every morning was delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the eggs, cappuccino, fresh fruit, meat/cheese board, and pastries. The views from the terrace were beautiful. The staff helped arrange airport transportation, which was cheaper than other car services. Our entire stay was above and beyond our expectations. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit Rome. It was everything we hoped it to be and more, not to mention it is actually less than a minute walk to the Trevi fountain.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Modelli. The service with Marial, is like no other! She is helpful, charming, and so accommodating. Location is wonderful. Located at Trevi fountain, within walking distance to all major sites, we walked to the pantheon, Spanish steps, Colosseum!

The best experience !

Very convenient location within 1 block of Trevi Fountain. Casa Modelli is located in one of the busiest tourist sites in Rome and within easy walking distance of numerous other tourist sites. Huge number of restaurants and shops nearby, but all busy. Even though Casa Modelli is very near Trevi Fountain, being tucked into a side street limits the noise and crowd. Being on the 3rd floor also helps. We liked having two separate rooms and bathrooms, and more spacious than hotel rooms in Rome. But please note that Casa Modelli is not a hotel. It is serviced rooms in a typical Rome apartment building, with breakfast served out on a roof terrace. Also note, the stairs up to the breakfast terrace is steep with only a rope railing. Be careful if you have mobility problems. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Modelli due to the superb location and spacious rooms, but should mention the limited services. No lobby, no bell services, no room service. The greeter and breakfast provider, Mariel, was excellent. Thank you.

Mariel is what set this stay apart. Her hospitality and service made the stay memorable and one that would cause me to go back time and time again. She even checked in on me one morning to see if I was going to have breakfast as I hadn't shown up at my usual time to eat breakfast with my family. The place itself was super convenient, clean and easily accessible to many restaurants and points of interests. So close to the Trevi fountain but far enough that you didnt feel like you are part of the madness. Definitely a highlight of my time in Italy.

Our family stayed at Casa Modelli which is less than 300 feet away from the Fontana de Trevi. From the moment we arrived, it was a spectacular experience. Mariel, received us and was wonderful. The roof top terrace had gorgeous views and the daily breakfast is great. The room was clean, comfortable and beautiful. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a very nice apartment stay. The location is excellent, right around the corner from The Trevi Fountain. Close to many shops and restaurants. I would stay here again. The rooftop terrace alone is worth the stay!

What a wonderful stay we had at Casa Modelli for our first trip to Rome. The location was absolutely perfect for myself and my daughters, we walked everywhere. Mariel was so helpful, before and during our arrival, nothing was too much trouble, she made us feel very welcome. Recommendations for local restaurants made by Mariel were brilliant too. Beds were comfortable, everywhere was very clean, we used the terrace on arrival and before we left which was really nice and relaxing (we arrived early and left later than check out). Finally, breakfast was really nice, good coffee and pastries (try the pistachio one) and freshly squeezed orange juice plus plenty of fruits, yoghurts, meat/cheese, etc.

Centrally located, walk to Trevor in a minute coliseum in 20 pantheon in 10 clean and comfortable with very helpful staff and a good breakfast every morning!

Loved Casa Modelli. we had the 2 bed family suite which gave us loads of space but actually the biggest win is the roof terrace. We loved it up there for breakfast and would go up there for an afternoon rest in the sun. perfect.

This was a fantastic place to stay with my family of 4. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it is in an excellent location. The Trevi Fountain is right around the corner. Breakfast on the roof terrace every morning was delicious. We would definitely go back!

If you want to be close to all main tourist attractions in Rome this is best hotel. One min walk to the trevi and a nice 18 min walk to the colosseum. My sisters and I were blown away with the five star service we received. 10/10! Highly recommend!!

Great location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and well furnished.

This was just lovely. Staff were fabulous! Rooftop terrace/breakfast area was quirky and relaxing. Literally around the corner from the Trevi fountain and central to everything. Taxi standard €48.00 from the airport and that was the last travel expense we had. Highly recommend

The hotel owner said that the transportation cost is 45 euro, but when we met the driver, he asked 60 euro.
