Thermostat on wall did not work. AC unit was turned down to 66 below the window, felt like 70 all night
2:30 AM the fire alarm for the entire hotel went off, stayed blaring for 5 min, no reason given. Tough to sleep after that. Pool was ok, breakfast was ok. Elevator shook and rattled, others were worried about it
Make sure you confirm the AC works and make sure the fire alarm strobe is covered all night as it repeatedly flashes

The room was very neat and clean. Very glad the room had a coffee maker. There have been rooms we have stayed in didnt have a coffee maker.

Visiting friends and this location is perfect for us. We were near restaurants and shopping, easy to walk in the area.
Staff was wonderful and accommodations were excellent. The continental breakfast was convenient and offered many selections.

Their fire alarms went off 3 times in the middle of the night. And other guest there were stomping around above us all night, I called repeatedly to get it addressed and it didn’t work. I have read reviews and this hotel is notorious for having their alarms go off at night

Nice room , quiet and clean. Great king size bed. Meant to ask the mattress brand, it was excellent. Breakfast was also good, far above the average. Good lighting, Bathroom toiletries were good too. Stayed two nights. We would stay at this location again. Very pleased.

Fire alarm woke us up and kept going off, but nothing for response or answers. Otherwise it was a wonderful place, comfortable bed. Our suite was very clean and accomodating

While the room and hallways had a few areas that could have been cleaner, it wasn’t that bad. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again next time I need to visit family.

The past two days we were awaken by false fir alarms around 4:30. Not the easiest situation when traveling with a child with autism.

All was well until the fire alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning. Thankfully it was a malfunction . But… peaceful sleep was interrupted by the loud alarms going off in our room. Then at breakfast the pancake maker wasn’t working right. And then when we checked out it took the printer 5 minutes to work and print out our receipt.

The hotel is nice and was in a perfect location for us. The room was spacious and clean. The safe didn't work and the bed was way too soft but who can really complain for the price. The breakfast as a whole was just ok but the biscuits were amazing.

Front desk person wasn’t the kindest . For some reason I had issues with two different credit cards for incentives at the front desk. After I had already paid for the hotel room, we swiped one of my cards it was accepted, and then she claimed it was declined, although I could show her on my statement that the money was deducted, about 10 minutes later when I got to my room it was refunded. Also not my fault. They claim that this hotel is affiliated with the casino but it’s not anywhere near it.

Our room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Staff was efficient and helpful. A minor problem was we had a dripping shower faucet, which couldn't get fixed when during our stay.

This property was very clean and well kept up. Refrigerator, microwave and Keurig provided. Excellent continental breakfast! Friendly staff.

The spaciousness of the room (king size suite), microwave oven and small refrigerator, plus within walking distance of ALDI shopping center, made it very comfortable to dine in. Having a indoor pool and a well equipped exercise room were also big pluses
