Made our stay in Charlottesville easy and pleasant. Great staff.

Downtown Charlottesville is a solid area; this location is a couple of blocks away from the downtown mall. I enjoy staying in this area when I have staycations.

Good size room. Adequate breakfast. No room service.

Our stay was great. Loved our room. People above us were a little loud at times. I was surprised that there was a $10 parking fee per night that is not included in with the room price. I will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Charlottesville.

Average hotel but in a great location for the price

Nice building, needs staffing and management work. This is a young suite hotel near the walkable area of downtown Charlottesville. The rooms were nice and new. We were here for 3 days over a holiday, not during graduation. When I walked in, they did not honor the parking charge stated on the public site but charged me $10 a day, rather than the $8 published rate. Everything was understaffed or poorly managed everyday. The front desk person seemed to be managing several functions at once, only a few of which allowed her to be at the front desk. Toilet paper was limited in a fresh hotel room. There were no towels at the pool until we requested them two days in a row. The included breakfast runs out of food and coffee more than 25 minutes before the end of the breakfast buffet. When you remind them for the 2nd time, then they say now its too close to the end to make more food. There were never mugs or paper cups for coffee--another way to make sure you don't have to make much coffee but really cheap. During 3 days we saw shortages each day in towels, mugs, plates, breakfast food, napkins (hidden away in one small corner of the coffee section of the buffet), pool and gym tools. Lots of time no one was at the front desk. Also bags of trash were not removed for more than 8 hours from the hall. The kitchenette was nice but there are no towels, potholders or a single sharp knife in the kitchen. This place needs someone to review their daily guest management plan.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT !

My husband and I wanted to get away to just relax only. We've stayed at other home 2suites several times and was always happy. This one was more expensive ($272)than what we wanted to pay and was so sick after arriving. We had asked when checking in if the room was no smoking,or pets in the room. My husband and I have Heath issues and the bed smelled so bad I couldn't sleep due to the strong smell of a wet dirty dog and heavy smell of a very thick and smell of a perfume. The bathroom drawer had a used washcloth that was stiff and dirty like someone had used it to relieve themselves and behind the mattress itself wash a wad full of used tissue. I had the worst headache and couldn't eat. And I was so sick. I checked out 5/26/24 and couldn't wait to get home. I'm not a person who complains and I have only written 1 bad review in my whole life this is the second and we really couldn't afford this but it's hard to swallow 2 nights and made my husband who has had several heart attacks think everything was ok so he wouldn't get upset. You guys need to do better.

We were here for one night and the room was exceptional with everything you could need, comfortable. Hotel close to downtown mall, safe, nice staff.

Way better than expected. This place was better than my first apartment. I only stayed one night but I was super impressed with how efficiently the large space was used. The rooms were twice the size of another downtown hotel and cheaper too.

Room was really great - very spacious. Updated and had a kitchen! Breakfast was ok, but wish they would have offered some kind of fresh eggs, not just reheated breakfast sandwiches that were kinda yuck.

Wonderful location (close to Monticello and other local sites) and nice amenities (breakfast, pool, gym). Trash had not been taken out, though, and there was food left in it. Empty dishwasher was running and beeping when we arrived.

The staff was helpful and friendly and the property was clean and easy to access. But when I checked into my room there were two separate maintenance issues and the breakfast bar ran out of food both mornings I was there.

Hotel was above what I expected. Very clean with the exception of a few areas of the bathroom.

Very good for families because of the full size fridge and equipped kitchen. Rooms are clean and the air is clean. A bit too much smell of cleaning products. Breakfast is sugar with sugar but apart from that, good enough.

Room wasn’t too bad for the price. Felt new and clean. Front desk staff was indifferent to nonexistent. Biggest downside was perhaps the worst breakfast bar ever for a hotel of this class. Not much to write home about to begin with and totally picked over. So if you are a big breakfast fan, definitely consider going off site.

Breakfast could be better. Premade breakfast sandwiches and waffle iron. Good coffee available all day. Bottled water only for “Hilton Honors members “. Expensive for what you get.

Breakfast could use some improvement. They didn’t keep food stocked in a timely fashion and the counters could be wiped down more frequently.

Nice building, but built right next to an active train track that runs all through the night! The window in 433 looks at the back of an ugly food warehouse and to the left is the train track. Trains woke me up as I was falling asleep at 11:30 pm, 2:30 am, and 4 am! These aren't short and rumble the room. Why was this built here? At least warn customers instead of pretending it's not there.

Price was good sre only problem was with ecpedia they did not forward the payment the staff eas very helpfull

Came to the room after a night out around 1am, key didn't work so they let us in, door lock kept beeping, they said they couldn't fix it, told us to switch rooms (which was on another floor), so we had to pack up and move, get to the room and there was only one bed, we booked/paid/and had 2 beds. Had to go back down and get another room, which they didnt want to do. After "finding" a room with 2 beds (2 doors down), they asked me to go back up and check if its ok... I said as long as it had 2 beds. They gave me a bottle of water for my troubles.

Property was in a great location, room was clean , spacious and updated. Breakfast was good, staff were great. My only complaint was the water, or lack of hot water. We went to a football game in the cold , really wanted to take hot showers when we came back but that didn’t happen. The next morning we had the same issue, I would say it was warm at best. We still had a great time and enjoyed.
