Reception & housekeeping staff were lovely & super friendly. Room was clean & tidy. Aircon and ceiling fan were great. Room facilities and space was good for 2 adults & child. Only issues were pool could’ve done with a vacuum & we had cockroach problem in our room. Staff were upfront when I raised it, they have tried the last two months to remedy it. They provided mortein spray for temporary measure during our stay which helped a little. It was inconvenient, we chose not to have food in the room or leave our bags like toiletries open as I didn’t want any roaches getting in and coming home with us. Gate is closed with on site security at night, which we liked.

Centrally located, accessible, clean, private, Jade and the team always willing to go over and above. Highly recommended.

For the price we paid the room should have been serviced every day. Got the impression the hotel was catering more for locals than international tourists. Our room was very noisy as at front and on a main road ie lots of traffic noise and vehicles playing very loud music.Quieter on weekends.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and kept well. The food at the restaurant was fantastic! All in all it was an amazing stay!

Very clean and super spacious compared to other places we stayed while in apia. We had a group of 8 and had side by side rooms and it was perfect for us. The location was also perfect as we needed to be close by to Apia park. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely come again!

I booked two different properties in Apia. The first was very central and this one looked like it was but it was out of town, more like a motel really and I was on foot, my mistake. It’s as modern as it looks and the room had everything you need. Although it looks clean it wasn’t entirely. I was looking forward to the pool as I’d been in town for some days. It was lovely and clean but quite small so if others were using it you felt you should just have a quick dip. Also only one chair so not a place to hang around. A small supermarket within walking distance but you really need a car here. The restaurant was lovely and not expensive. Owned separately from the hotel but within its grounds. The receptionist was intimidating and mostly unhelpful. The rest of the staff were lovely and helpful as most Samoan people are.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here . The property was so clean and our room was bigger than what we expected. We loved our room especially the shower, it was the best shower that we have been to out of so many other resorts we went too. Faafetai lava and we will definitely be back

I arrived early in the day and was able to check in to my room immediately. They helped arrange a rental car that arrived 10 minutes later. The pool, while smallish, was well maintained and I had it to myself for the entire trip. Finally, staff were kind enough to let me check out late on the day of my flight home. Very helpful and amenable - thank you

We thought Samoana Boutique was superb value for what we paid. Transport from airport, wondeful helpful and available staff, sparkling pool, spacious room, lovely breakfast.. Location in quiet area a little out of town with small supermarket a two- minute walk away, bus stop outside if you dont have a car.

Property overall was excellent the only thing was the stairs would get very slippery when wet so we walked cautiously over them. Could put down some grip strips to avoid any bad slips.

This hotel's staffs provided me very quick response to my some requests and inquiries at the stage of booking. When I visited this hotel, they welcomed me very friendly and warmly. Room is large, tidy and comfortable in the condition of air conditioning. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I world say this is the best hotel in Samoa. Reasonable price with super clean comfortable big room and lovely swimming pool. We originally booked 1 week here but we extended our stay. So we have spent time here total 3 weeks. We went few other resorts in Samoa but I found this hotel is much more comfortable and clean than the other expensive resorts. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience at Samoana Boutique Hotel. Spacious, clean, well resourced rooms. Large shower space. My family always looked forward to heading back to our clean air-conditioned rooms inclusive of ceiling fans after a long and hot day out. The staff especially the cleaners go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable (All with a smile) Madeline is absolutely helpful and responsive to all queries. Fantastic place to stay. I am surprised at the cost of this hotel for the rooms that my family and I got. Very spacious, perfect for families and staff were very nice and there was always someone there to take care of our needs. Highky recommended! Very affordable for the acfual rooms you get. Amazing will definitely be back.
