I checked in one single bed room and two bed room, first night the air conditioner can adjust under 19, it is so good, however the two bedroom was fix to 19 only, it is a little bit hot for me. And two bedrooms was not very large than those photos shown in the website…

A nice hotel with reasonable price , nice lobby with tables for customers to take a rest . Very nice to have free drinks including coffee and soft drinks.

Close to Nagoya Station. Clean, well equipped, quiet hotel with furo and spa. Buffet breakfast was very Japanese style. Room was a bit bigger than Japanese standard room.

Love the public bath with sauna room~ many choices in breakfast but hotel a little bit far from Nagoya station~

we only stayed one night. nice place, walkable from the major station, very close to convenience store, first floor has nice area to hangout, get a drink. we were 20mins earlier to check in, so we had to wait which was fine. but then we were told it still wasn't ready 1 hr after our check in time, so we had to wait more. but other than that, it is fine. nice view from our floor.

The best part was the free breakfast. It had a great array of breakfast foods, very tasty and well prepared. Everybody enjoyed it. The rooms were average sized for Japan (i.e., small for a 6'2" American"), but clean. The pillows were a never before seen dual thickness, which sounds nice, but the thinner portion was ribbed and hard, and the thicker portion was too soft. It is a bit longer walk from the train station than the maps imply. Don't follow Apple Maps if you have luggage, since it forces you to climb up and down stairs. Instead, when you exit the terminal, stay on the street, on the side opposite the Dior store. Dior is easy to spot in large letters. Follow that for ten minutes, it is a block away from that street.

Absolutely opt in for breakfast. It was really good every day! The building was really clean and quiet and the neighborhood around it is very cute

Best breakfast and loved the indoor onsen. Great location near station, good cafe nearby we loved everything.

The room we stayed in was clean but small. General condition is ok but not great. There is a spa area which we didnt use. Breakfast is good but not many options. Location is 10min walk from station.

Hotel is clean and new. Quite a walk to JR Nagoya Station although there’s a subway entrance few mins from the hotel. The staff who assisted us during check-in is not so welcoming but overall stay is still pleasant.

Hotel is close to jR station, very convenient if you use the correct exit. We arrived a bit late, no problem with check in but there is no restaurant inside the hotel and the restaurants close to the hotel close around 9, 9:30 pm. Breakfast was excellent. Good variety , options are quite healthy as well

The location is pretty convenient. Bed is very comfortable. Like the japanese style buffet breakfast at a very reasonable price. But the last servings end at 9.30am which is abit too early. The free use of spa facilities is nice though not very big. Recommended hotel to stay at Nagoya.

Walking distance to Nagoya station and tons of dining and shopping options. The hotel was clean and had a small public bath which was great.

The hotel was clean. Breakfast was a wonderful spread. Another highlight is the public bath, relaxing to come back to a soak. The rooms are however tight. We can only open our suitcase, and store under the bed.

Awesome location with a cool bar at the lobby. Rooms are comfortable and modern.

The hotel is nice, the staff is very helpful.

Vessel was one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in this price class. Everything was so clean and well organized and staff were all exceedingly welcoming and helpful. I will certainly stay there again.

Suffered serious skin rash after sitting on the desk chair. The refrigerator is not working properly and my request for repairing is not well entertained.Front office staff are not that helpful and enthusiastic. Overnight parking is expensive comparing with the public car park just next door. Coffee machine at the hotel lobby is always out of service. The only compliments are the convenient location and the free VOD at room.

Reasonably close to the train station (5-10 minute walk). Reasonable price. Had a laundry room that was easy to use (once one of the staff explained the instructions to me as they were in Kanji) That was convenient as I was a week into a two week trip and needed to do some wash. Cleaners were saying typical turn around time was 3 days.
