Wonderful hotel. Very well-run, clean and comfortable. We would go back in a heartbeat!

As a first time solo traveller, I really appreciated my stay at Hotel Cvita. The food is fantastic, you can get great meals from the restaurant, or lighter bites from the bar/lounge area. The outdoor pool area is lovely, the staff is so attentive and friendly, and it never feels too crowded. The rooms are big and comfy. Check out is at 11, however I was allowed to leave my luggage while I went into the Old Town before my flight. I was also told that I had full use of all amenities, including the pool, showers and change rooms, for the day which was very nice!

We had a great stay. Nice pool with both sun and shade all day. Lots of beds, lounge area and towels. Room was big and clean. Bathroom seemed newly renovated. Old town Split is 6-7 min drive. Beach is 5 min drive. Both very easy access. Staff are all super friendly, from reception, to bar or cleaners. All very helpful. We would stay here again if we visit Split.

V nice property within walking distance of Old Town Split and the Port. Helpful staff, nice breakfast and good pool. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel with great spa facilities

This hotel was exactly what we expected. Walking distance into town and a little uphill on the way back. The facilities were good and the staff were all really helpful. Limited dinner menu but the food we did have was good - I think the restaurant is still work in progress and the gym had no working aircon. We had a great sea view balcony room although the carpet had a few stains on it, great bathroom, great temp control. The lady serving down by the pool was wonderful and so helpful! Breakfast was good too. Good value for money with the package we had!

Lovely hotel, v comfortable and clean. Pool area on the small side for 60 guests, felt quite crowded and noisy, and not enough loungers but maybe because there was a large group of young adults there. The room was spacious, beds v comfy and carpeted floors and the air con was fantastic. Breakfast was inside, no room outside, and I felt a little on the minimal side, you had to get down early to get any eggs and sausage and cakes were cut up into small portions. The patio doors are a danger, they were closed but looked open, and I walked straight into the glass hurting my head, another guest had done the same the day previously. Staff were kind and got me some ice, but a bit worrisome certainly for small children. Location wasn’t too bad, we had a lovely sea view from our balcony, elevated position helped. It was a 20-30 min walk into the town, uphill on the way home and neighbourhood wasn’t quite what I expected for a 4 star hotel, housing estates and lots of graffiti. We did find a better walk into town on the last day. Overall it was a good base for 2-3 days exploring of Split, staff were kind and attentive, and room was v comfy, wouldn’t recommend to those who want a pool based holiday.

People were so friendly!! Pool was lovely! Food delicious.

An excellent hotell

Comfortable hotel, but about a 15-20 minute walk to the central area.

Excellent breakfast close to beautiful beaches, be prepared for lots of stairs if you're walking to the beaches and Old town

Beautiful location in the hills of Split. Central enough but still out of the bustle of downtown near the Riva. Beautiful pool and amazing breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff

This is a lovely hotel with a small spa and both an indoor and an outdoor pool. Beds were wonderfully comfortable and the view was gorgeous. We'd stay again.

Very nice hotel and not too far to walk into town

Really nice hotel with a decent (small) gym and nice swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. The bedroom was sizeable and well decorated and had a great power shower in the bathroom. Would stay again. Note the hotel is a 25 minute walk to Split Riva.

This boutique hotel is a gem . It's quietly located on the hill above Split only a 20 minute walk to the old town . We walked down into Split every night and cabbed back which was only 10 euros to return to hotel and well worth it . Breakfast is great and the staff is so accommodating and friendly especially Tena at the front desk who happily answered all our questions . The view from the 4th floor of the adriatic is spectacular . My only regret was that we were not staying longer . The pool in the back of the hotel is a great way to spend a lazy day before venturing into Split .. If you are coming by car there is plently of parking right in front of the hotel . I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again when I come back to Split . Great hotel and Great staff ! Thanks very much !

The most important thing to me the place was clean and the staff were very friendly. But the shower I’m a bit disappointed because every time we took a shower I have to cleaned up.water was leaking on the edge of the bath tub. Overall it’s awesome place.

The property is clean , personal is kind and professional. I was in the room on the fifth floor and elevator goes to the fourth level. The personal offered to carry luggage but it is still not convenient to be on the fifth floor if you have one large suitcase

We only stayed for one night but it was perfect. Very quiet and tucked away. The pool is fantastic. Got a ton of sun and the bartender was very friendly.

The view from our balcony was amazing, but hotel is very quiet, no guests using the bar. The staff never say hello or acknowledged us when we went into breakfast or just going in and out of hotel. We asked for a glass of wine in the bar and felt as if we were putting the to a great effort. We won't be returning

Good location near The city, but really quite. Best and pleasant courtyart with swimming pool.

Staff is very helpful. Old town is close and so are a couple of beaches. They are both walkable if you like a challenge for walking. I recommend driving or taking Uber. Lots of parking in both areas.

Because of its location on Marjan Hill, it can be a little difficult to find without GPS. We left our car parked and walked up and down to the Riva. If you aren't in reasonably good shape, you might find this to be a problem. But, once you get there, you will find a marvelous hotel. Clean, well run, wonderful staff, good bar, nice swimming pool (and I'm not much for swimming). The breakfast buffet is good and you can tell they take pride in their work. The layout of the hotel is a bit quirky in a fun kind of way and you might wonder how you can get so lost in such a small place (but that was part of the fun.) For independent travelers, this is a real find and, the next time I head to Split, I would definitely check their availability.

Good hotel. Nice staff and service

When you first pull up to the property, it’s next to a building that is being renovated so it looks a little not so nice. However, the second you walk in that all changes, the staff is second to none. The room was beautiful spacious and wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic the gym facilities, and fantastic all in all I would stay here again fantastic hotel, fantastic people working there super helpful. That was the best part. The people that work there
