Weekend stay for disney. Room was ok. Room could have been cleaner. Had some stains on the wall by the desk. Found some trash by the bed. Overall not bad for the price and area.

Overall stay was pleasant. Only issue was the A/C in the room was not working properly. Had to put it down to 63 degrees to cool the room.

Was not the cleaniest, but it was lived in feeling. The breakfast was decent, but exact same every day. Staff was wonderful and friendly.

Chose this hotel because it was close to a venue that we were attending. I WILL NEVER recommend or book with hotel ever again. Lobby was clean, hallway had a huge dehumidifier in the walkway,rugs were completely soiled,stained and moldy odor throughout. The elevator had no ventilation. Room had 2 queen beds no comforter just bundles sheets,again another dehumidifier not as big that was attached to the wall near the a/c unit,again moldy smell.Light fixtures were rusted,stains on the ceiling and walls, bathroom door(glass) had mildew all over,which was a sliding door and left no room for privacy as there was a huge gap when door was "closed". We would have left asap,but there was no refund and we were just there for a night.

Hotel smell moldy, room needs to be vacuumed. They needs to change up breakfast, it's the same artificial eggs and cardboard box sausage patties every morning.

The room was clean and comfortable enough for sleeping in. The AC was leaking on to the carpet in the room. I tried to get the room changed. They agreed. I told them I would be back later after we got back from Disney. When I got back, nobody changed the room for me. They were "full".
They were out of milk for breakfast for the 3 days I was there, so it seems going to the grocery store was not part of the management plan.

Room was clean. Great place to rest your head if you are travelling for a weekend. Wish park shuttle times were better/more frequent so we could have utilized them

Hotel is looks good but the service is poor.
Roomservice every 3 days and they forget to provide roomservice. My last week I never received roomservice once.
In the middle of the night the smoke alarm beeped because of low battery. Called downstairs and they would send somebody upstairs… nobody came!
For complaints you can email the manager, but she doesn’t respond. Even the front desk doesn’t reply to emails.
You pay a “resort fee” but the service I not resort worthy!
In the Kissimmee area there are cheaper hotels with a way better service!

Needed a place to rest up after a week at Disney on property before driving home. Staff was curt for check in process, adding an unexpected $50 deposit to the $20 disclosed resort fee (which also had sales tax). AC was out in the hallways and elevator with a mist smell in the common areas. Clean hotel for the rate but not what I would call a resort, even $20 worth.

The lobby it fine, the room is ok, but the carpets around the hallway need to be changed. They’re rundown, with stains, super dirty some with huge spots on it. You get a really bad impression one you walk away from the lobby.
Is a shame because the hotel has a lot of potential and it’s located in a good area.

Staff was not very friendly. Public areas such as hallways and elevator were very dirty. The whole building is very humid to the point you can smell the humidity.

Great for what we needed for our trip to Florida from the UK. We were mainly exploring the parks, after long days it was great to come back, relax and go straight to sleep. Let's be honest, after walking all day, any bed is comfortable. The shower worked, but don't expect amazing water pressure. The staff were great. The breakfast buffet was a nice touch for days when we were in a rush and just wanted something quick. We didn't use the pool but it looked good.

It was good that it was located near WDW, but there were many problems with the shower and key cards. The shuttle bus schedule was also not available, which was inconvenient. Despite that, they charged a resort fee.

coming into the property it was very hot and you can see maintenance have placed portable humidifier but the hallway was still warm. everything else was great there. i certainly will returned there, staff was very helpful

They had dehumidifiers everyone as opposed to it being integrated to their central ac. It made the place seem tacky. There was a lot of stains around the lights. It was not just noticeable but very apparent. The bathroom was poorly lit, taking a bath/shower was not pleasant because of it. The main room only had 3 small lamps making the main room also very poorly lit. The TV had the worst channels available and the worst quality I have ever seen in a 3 star hotel. This place should be advertised as a dirty 2 star hotel.

Hotel was decent for the price. Front desk check in was quick & easy, staff was friendly, parking was easy to access. Bed was comfortable, room was nice and shower was hot. Only complaint was the floors were a bit dirty, but I don't mind wearing my shower shoes around until bedtime.
