We stayed three nights in suite. The view is good and room is spacious. The bkf is good with a lot of variety. In door and outdoor pool are good. A big mall is 5 min away with restaurants.

The location was superb and easily access to the downtown of Da Nang city.
We really enjoyed this hotel because all of staffs are super kind and literally it was excellent hotel!

Staff was very helpful and attentive. Answered any question I had. I was upgraded to a suite without asking just because they had the open room so I was very happy. Beautiful views from the window.

Great hotel in a great area in Da Nang. The swimming pool is amazing !!! Breakfast was the best we had in vietnam, staff are very professional, they even helped us to rent motorbikes. The room was very clean, in a high floor with amazing views of the city. We would have stayed there for ever !!!

Teach employees how to be warmth and welcome to guests. Carpet stinks. You made we wait till 2 pm to check in. You are not accommodative to guests who come from the other side of the world Remove the carpet from hallway. Give water to guests according to how many people in the room. There is no iron box in the room. Rooks are squishy than what w ease in the internet.
Buffet place is congested. Too
May children and too many sick guests who cough and sneeze. One kids almost hit my wife with luggage and she almost fell down.
Too much people smoking. There should be a smoking area for them .

Room on 32nd floor with the view of the Dragon Bridge was fantastic. Wonderful room - the kids loved the bunk-beds. Room was quiet and climate controls were easy and responsive. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was great - love the variety and quality. Had a steak dinner the first night - with wine and was very satisfied. The staff exemplifies the Melia values. 5 stars

Some of the staff are annoying as they do not understand English, which makes it difficult to make them understand (Although my husband showed them the Vietnamese translation of our requirement, the staff still couldn't comprehend). This incident made me realise that people may also pretend not to understand their convenience.
I loved the lifts, they're smooth as butter.
The pool is oversold by the hotel, as it is on the 2nd floor, which was okayish.

A truly 5-star experience! The hotel room was super clean and had everything we needed. The amenities, including the spa, gym, pool and kids club were top-notch. And what separates this place the most was the superior customer service. Just wanted to give a big thank you to Trang at Han River restaurant, Jessi at Kidsdom and Tiffany at the front desk for going above and beyond and taking care of us. This place truly knew how to make you feel special and giving a feel of having a “home away from home.” We will definitely be back! We missed out on touring Hue Imperial City during our trip, but we will make sure to make this our home base when we return!

Everything was wonderful, but we experienced several bug bites and we think the bedding caused some allergic reactions. Other than these small irritants, we had a wonderful time. The staff was outstanding.

I spent 4 days with my partner in a comfortable and good time. It's a shame that I didn't enjoy all the great amenities. I want to use it again next time. The surrounding traffic is good and the shopping is convenient because it's right next to Vincom Plaza. The connection between Han Market and downtown across the Han River is good.

Apart from receiving above and beyond support from the concierge staff, this was my least favorite hotel in all of our vietnam stays and id never recommend it to anyone i liked. The hotel was depressing. It stank like cigarettes in the hallway and our room. Even though we had a suite with wall to wall windows, our room felt dark and dreary.

The junior suite was very spacious, clean, and had a great city view from the 27th floor! The rooftop pools were very nice as well. You can see the city while swimming. Highly recommend!
