Loved the stay. Very central to shopping, transportation, park space. Friendly staff (note that I speak mandarin so experience may differ), and the place is very clean and smelled pleasant.

We are very happy with the staff, they are super helpful and approachable. The location of the hotel is very convenient 2 minutes walk and u will reached the hotel easy for guest with luggage too.

Walking distance to the night market.

An excellent hotel with excellent location, great staff and great food. We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was huge, the bathroom was huge, with bath tub and excellent shower. The room was spotless clean, light and overlooking city view. Excellent wifi. Excellent staff who were very professional and polite. We must give credits to Mr Stanley Chang, a very nice and informative gentleman who had given us a lot of excellent information. We were impressed because he's very familiar with the city, his recommendations on places of attraction, food and transport had helped us to save a lot of searching time. Thanks Stanley. The hotel has a roof top restaurant where we had breakfast and dinner during our stay. It was cozy, light and good city view. The breakfast was excellent, rich and scrumptious. Dinner dishes were delicious with reasonable price. We had tried the pork, thumbs up. The hotel is very close to the Red Line Central Park Station, a very convenient location connecting with the airport, train station and the Orange Line and Green Line. This hotel would definitely be our first choice when we visit the city again.

This was a great hotel with a ton of extra amenities. Although there is some construction adjacent to the hotel; you wouldn’t know it once inside. The hotel was located along a convenient MRT line, and we were met by friendly staff who quickly confirmed our reservation and offered to store our bags since we arrived well before check-in time. Upon return for check in staff were kind, informative and quick to help with bags. In the lobby there is an afternoon tea and snack buffet set up, as well as a late night snack bar for 2130-0030 that is all included with your stay. Otherwise a water station and packaged cookies are available 24hrs also included with your stay. In all I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great location accessible to few night market within walking distance and nearby train station. Great hospitality from the hotel and staff.

Customers should have been warned about the constructions nearby which are ongoing even on Sunday, which I was waken up before 8 every day. Even with noise cancelling headphone on, you could still hear the noise.

It was an excellent hotel with great design and services. The hotel is built at a small black but it’s thoroughly planned out and really is making the best of it. Arrival gifts for adult and children; snack bar services at the reception area are amazing… great for business and family visitors/travllers. We stayed over the New Year’s Eve period with our 4 years old. The hotel had an excellent new year’s event: drinks, food, entertainments and excellent prizes for all ages. We had a hired car and the parking service is amazing. We didn’t drive during our stay because the hotel literally is next to the underground station. It’s great for us traveling with our little one. The services are certainly go above and beyond! We highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, but there’s construction right behind the hotel, so you got to be careful walking in the neighborhood. Rooftop restaurant looks good, that’s the place for breakfast too, but the breakfast is not buffet style, it’s a set meal. Even though you have three options to choose from, but I prefer the buffet breakfast over the set meal.

Nice hotel. Well located. Enjoyed the free coffee and snacks. Only issue was that the carpeting outside our room was disgustingly dirty. Other than that a very nice hotel.

Friendly staff, very clean hotel, freshly cooked breakfast, comfortable beds. We were hoping for an early check in as we had been travelling and tired, but they don’t allow it. 3pm is their check in time. The walls in the rooms are not soundproof as we could hear other families talking, and the toilet flushing from other rooms. But overall it is a lovely hotel.

Feel bad there was a huge construction site just next to the hotel.

The hotel has a modern luxury look and the rooms are clean and spacious. There are different themes for the rooms and I loved the theme for my room. A selection of food and drinks are provided for free at hotel lobby during tea-break and night time which is a good way to relax after a day outside. The location is just beside a metro station exit, very convenient for commuting. I had breakfast at the rooftop restaurant, food was delicious accompanied with a nice view by the window.

Its amazing

Beyond what I was expecting. The staff was constantly amazing. The snack bar on the LB level was something I was not expecting but was a pleasant surprise. The morning breakfast on the rooftop was on another level for a free breakfast. And while the Lookout may be a little more expensive for dinner than other places in the area the food and service makes it worth it even if it is just a single night as a splurge.

The room is really modern and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the Central Park subway station.
