Good for the price. Walls a little thin and thus could easily hear others making noise

Check in was easy and painless. Our room was clean and stocked, breakfast was actually rather good. Only suggestion I have is softer beds. I was only there 1 night to get sleep after the Texas Tech game before making the 5 drive home. It served its purpose and all the staff was pleasant.

We always have a great stay, this is iur 2nd time here and we love the atmosphere, its close to my daughter's home and many great restaurants close by

The hotel looks fairly modern, but the entire hotel was filthy. From the lobby, elevators, and the room were very dirty.

The hotel was absolutely GROSS. From the carpets down to me discovering a bug in the bed. The front desk staff was extremely unprofessional in handling the matter. He did not want to change my room because he said he needed to see the bug and take pictures. Needless to say the finally decided to change my room after coming up to look at the room that has the bug in the bed.

Stay was okay, neighbors were loud. They were always cleaning everything, but carpets were stained, and elevator was having issues. Ice machine on our floor was not working. It looks like they need to replace carpet and ice machines.

Room was ok. But will never get the Breakfast again. do not like powered eggs. potatoes were cold and hard. the pancake was cooked on one side.

Hotel upon arrival looked really nice. Got to the room and the AC wasn't on and didn't work for the first 24 hours of our stay. Front desk came to room at 11 pm to "look at it" and said "yeah it's not working, sorry" we can send maintenance tomorrow. Mind you, I told them immediately when I arrived (4 pm) that it wasn't working and nothing was done except a phone call to a maintenance guy that said it would take awhile. Additionally, the AC unit in the room had 1 vent for a 2 room suite. This single vent was located in the back corner of the bedroom and air blew straight to the floor. AC also didn't blow out of the bathroom vent at all and no ceiling fans to help circulate air. Very stuffy and uncomfortable. Towels were dirty, remotes were missing backs, no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. When I asked for bedding and a pillow (one pillow) they said sorry we don't have any we are full this weekend.....Why didn't the room have a spare set of bedding for the provided pull out sofa that I paid for??? I eventually got a sheet set and a hard sofa pillow. Really wish I could have given this hotel a better review but I paid OVER $600 for 2 nights and was only met with poor service and facilities. I would not recommend staying here.

We have stayed here before, and it is a lovely place. However, this time our room (217) door latch was broken! The dead bolt was misaligned with its hole in the door jam, so it did not work. And we had to push the door closed several times just to get the latch to catch and stay closed. We did not report this issue until checkout, and were assured it would be fixed immediately.

Wouldn’t recommend Dirty floors hadent been vacuumed, sheets where dingy, coffee cup lids didn’t fit cups,shower curtain was wrong length causing water all over bathroom Good for a little over night stay but I personally wouldn’t book again a lot of other hotels in area

The location and check in process was great and the front staffs were nice. However, there are hairs from previous stay on the bathroom floors, the beds and the shower curtain. The carpet looked like maybe vacuumed but not thoroughly. Unfortunately, we spotted two cockroaches, one in our room and one in the elevator.

It was so clean and comfortable. There was an issue with one of the lamps with electricity being wonky. I reported it upon my departure and the staff was very friendly and apologetic . I would highly recommend this place.

The check in guy noticed we bought ice cream. And he walked all way to our room with spoons for us. Totally awesome.

Cleanliness was aweful. Common areas, hallways, and elevators were not vacuumed or clean. Bathroom had left over hair on floor and in shower.

Room smelled like wet dog immediately after checking in. There were stains on the floor and trash was left in the room from the previous guest. Bed comforter and sheets covered in stains. Would not stay here again.

I didn’t like that our ac unit was not working properly and management should’ve check each rooms ac to make sure it was working! Don’t think I’ll be back!

We have been here before. Always a nice place and this is also a great location. We enjoy staying here. It is a quiet place.

your night desk clerk was extremely rude and not helpful at all when LPD was called to the hotel due to a stolen key card to my room. Desk clerk almost did not want to change my key card to a new number to replace the one that was taken from my room. Thanks

There was a lot of hair in the room. The floor of the room and bathroom, bedsheets and towels were dirty.

The only thing we didn’t like would have to be the pillows on our bed. They are really small. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay.

Carpet in room was very dirty and stained. Floors in entryway and restroom were sticky. Closet door was broken. No hair dryer or toilet paper in room.

Great place to stay with your family. Breakfast was good, nice size pool, would definitely stay again. Great staff

Common areas and elevators were dirty. The suite rooms were nice, but could use an upgrade on couch/chairs in sitting room. PLEASE clean the elevators!

DO NOT STAY HERE, pictures are not accurate or up to date, it was disgusting, dirty, looked like it’s never been cleaned, didn’t even smell clean. There was dust EVERYWHERE. Black hair all over the toilet, bathtub looked like it haven’t been cleaned since it was opened.

Needs updating.
