Great little budget hotel within walking distance to beach. We loved that it was easy to walk to bars and restaurants. The beach was amazing and I am sure the fishing pier is too but it was closed for renovations when we visited. We loved our room with a kitchen that allowed us to cook our own breakfast. The room was clean and the hotel was very quiet. The kids enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. The staff was very friendly.

I've stopped twice now and each visit has been great. Always clean, lovely pool area and the whole place has a loved feeling. Staff warm and friendly. Close to the beach and bars but in a peaceful area. I will be back.

Great location, older complex but very well maintained, second stay here. Two requesters, ice machine and tub is very slippery, slip strips or grab bar needed. Will stay again.

Room was with code and all linens and towels was as new.
Bed was a little to soft for me as an XXL man.
I really like the areas around the pool where your can sit and have a drink (bring your own) and talk to your traveling company or other guests.
I would say that this place is very friendly.

Small motel type facility with pool in the center. Some rooms very very dark. Relatively clean and handy having rooms with the kitchen available…. Tiny pillows for a king size bed!!

I was a little concerned with the look of the Hotel/Motel from outside but was pleasantly surprised with the interior of the room. What made our stay terrible was that hotel management would not turn over camera surveillance to the police that showed our rental car being hit. They said the video didn't show anything but that was impossible since our car was parked in the 1st spot right next to the building and besides if it showed nothing then why do they care about releasing to the police???

The room was very nice. The only problems I had was water from bathroom faucet was only a trickle. The tv I was only able to get one channel on it and it was a kids show. Every button on remote said “not available.” It would have been nice to have had a freezer on the fridge that worked as it took a full day to get one tray of ice.

Pleasant, clean, and spacious older complex. Parking was adequate, though crowded at times. The staff was mostly absent during my stay. The property was decently well kept, but the dumpster was overflowing for several days. The pool was very nice.

We were pleasantly surprised - room is spacious, everything very clean, mattress comfortable. Great proximity to beach, everything. A low-key, nothing fancy setting that was a great value for the price. Would definitely recommend.

I had bed bugs in my bed and got bit in both arms. I have pictures of it. Your company supposed to refund me the entire stay, but I am still not receiving anything.

We've stayed here multiple times because it's such a great, affordable place. It's walkable to the beach, like a couple blocks walkable. There are lots of restaurants that are within walkable distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Milla greeted us with a smile and helped us get late checkout. The rooms are always clean and comfy. It's become our favorite place to stay when we're in Deerfield Beach.
