Great place right off the highway and Kittery Trading Post. Everything room wise was great. Their free breakfast is a get what you pay for. Not so good.

Balled up wet towel in bathtub on check in. Was instructed to just put it in laundry. Stayed 3 nights. No room services at all, no empty of garbage, removal of dirty towels etc. sign in Bathroom said service provided every other day but none provided for our stay. Each night we arrived back to collect our own clean towels and continue to pile used ones in bathroom. When front desk notified, they suggested we empty our garbage and leave in hall. Paid over 200 dollars per night for very poor basic hotel service.
Front desk employee on check out was very apologetic and agreed to pass our concerns on to management

Walls are thin. You can hear everything. Bathroom was dusty and there was strands of hair and powder foundation on the pull out shelves. There was some type of food on the work chair in the room. The bed was comfortable though.

For shoppers, this inn is great. Right next door is a large outlet mall, with several more within a half mile. the inn is new, so even the pet room was in good shape.

Very close to the outlets and lots of dining options. York was just 10 minute drive as well.

Great staff and great management. Not to metion being 10 minutes from any store or restaurant. 15 20 min drive to the ocean. Great spot, will definitely return for another visit!

The property was accessible and quiet. My only issue was the lack of an accessible EV charger at a reasonable location.

Likes: Stayed 4 nights and had a great stay. Very comfortable bed, the whole building is spotless. My room was facing Rte 1 and I didn't hear a thing. Staff was very professional and welcoming. Would highly recommend.
Dislikes: 2 flimsy garbage cans in a suite, could have used either bigger trash cans or more. Not very many healthy choices for breakfast.

We had to wait 45 minutes for a pick up at the airport. The return was much faster. We enjoyed the Mexican restaurant just across the street.

Convenient to the Maine Coast turns and shopping. The most handicapped accessible room and shower I’ve ever had in all our travels. Super friendly staff!

Beautiful and clean. Very convenient to all the shops and restaurants. It is fine that the convenience makes it close to the expressway too. Only problem is that the driveway is like a rough dirt road and the sign is high and behind a tree. It doesn't look like the entry of a high-class hotel.

Love the modern shower. Loved the super comfortable bed. Only downside to being on the backside of the building was the noise from traffic on Rt 95.

The pillowcase had makeup on it, the linens were obviously not changed, I slept on the top sheet as I found this late in the evening and did not want to have my room made up or moved. The shower Curtin was loose and needs to be tightened. I addressed these in the morning with the front desk, I was told thank you for the information and have a nice day. Not impressed with the reply.
