Motel parfait pour une étape. C’est très propre. Mots confortables. Le parking gratuit est très pratique. Pour un motel, le petit déjeuner est complet, avec des produits de qualité. Rapport qualité-prix excellent.

The carpet in the room was dirty. We would not walk on it bare footed. The towels were dingy and the air conditioner was so noisy we could not run it and sleep. I felt in was way over priced for the condition of the room.

Quiet and clean..location is very good between Portsmouth and Kittery employees were great!
Room was comfortable .... not enough outlets for chargers....also bad draft from door that did not seal.

The location was great and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was good for what we were looking for. The room was clean. We were there during a brief snowstorm and everything was cleared and driveable.
The bathroom Shower appears dated, but not awful. I was afraid of splashing too much water on the floor with the curtain closed. That is all.

Wonderful variety of selections for breakfast, yoghurt, granola, bagels, waffles, fruit, juice cold meats and cheeses, brilliant tasting cake and hot drinks. We had left our travel adapter for charging phones and tablet at previous accommodation over 2 hours drive away, when I asked the lady at reception she went and searched and found a plug to help charge everything overnight she even suggested some places where we could get a new one. Terrific service

We stayed in room 6 an end unit. I was expecting a bedroom and nothing else. It was an efficiency with a small
Living room, nice kitchen area and comfy bedroom. The shower was hot with good pressure. The morning breakfast was better than any chain hotel I’ve stayed in the past decade. There’s a lot of care and love put into this place.
Nothing. It was a 1950s style maine motor inn. Perfect for what we needed.

I read some previous reviews that made me concerned about how clean the hotel was. They were wrong! We had to arrive late because of a wedding and they were very accommodating. Upon arrival the room was very neat and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful!

The breakfast was a plus.
Room was nasty, rug huge stains, smelled musty, balcony was so dirty unable to use. Looked like balcony hadn't been cleaned in years. Pool dirty, stated open to 900 pm and was locked at 700. Young lady at front desk seemed put out checking us in yawning saying she was tired. For the money the Kittery Inn is charging their guest they should be ashamed of themselves. Don't waste your money. Many other beautiful places to stay. So disappointed. And water your flowers.
