Great springboard to Tokyo. We loved that it is close to trains and a park. Both Mayumi and Jordan on the Executive Floor made a real difference in making our trip a success. Their innate knowledge of the area and fascinating excursions made our trip memorable in the best sense.

Great service, they managed to check us in early and get us a room as we arrived quite early in Tokyo. We had paid for breakfast but would miss this on our last day because of an early morning flight so they packed breakfast bags for each of us. Would definitely stay here again. Also the location is very convenient with shops and the station right next door!

Nice and clean hotel

Great luxury property located right on the Tamachi JR station. Quiet neighborhood with convenient access to Ginza, Shibuya, and Tokyo station along the Yamanote line. Staff is very courteous and attentive. Property is clean, modern, and spacious even compared to American standards.

The room was absolutely beautiful - large and roomy and the staff (particularly Masa and Jordan) were so helpful and friendly. The executive level lounge was as nice too. Highly recommended!

Hotel is very well located near metro, restaurants and shops. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was of high quality and with great variety of japonese and western food. Will come back on our next visit to Tokyo!

Excellent stay - really comfortable and clean rooms. Conveniently located next to many transportation options. Starbucks and family mart near by.

Very good location. Seems are from the map, but very convenient from the Haneda Airport. Also, very easy and quick to get to various key locations in Tokyo. Lots of restaurants and marts nearby.

Just a great hotel, location, and service. Has to be the best shower (water pressure) I have used at a hotel. Only disappointment but due to Covid, there was no breakfast buffet only a small selection to choose from. Will definitely be back next time in Tokyo.

It was pretty amazing. The room was spacious and the staff was super accommodating during our stay there. They helped us with everything we needed.

Recently decorated clean hotel, although I was in quaranteen for 14 days the experience was very pleasent. Staff were eager to please. A shoping centre was 50m from the hotel with plenty dining options and take aways. Breakfast was satisfactory. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was very cozy comfortable room and 24 hour open gym was convenient for me. It was bit disappointed that Bar and restaurant were closed so early that I could only eat dinner some cvs foods,

Great hotel, 3 minute walk from Tamachi station. Room is very clean, great shower pressure, very modern ambiance, courteous staff. Seven eleven, Life supermarket and many restaurants in the building across. To get to the hotel from Narita airport, take Skyliner access train (39 minute) non stop to Nippori station, then change to JR Yamanote line to Tamachi station (25 minutes), the cost is 2470 YEN. You can buy train ticket and Pasmo card at the ticket machine (English language available) with cash at Narita airport, just follow the sign for train after you get out of baggage claim.

Location: very convenient/ Tamachi station and Mita Station both are easy to access to any sightseeing/travel hotspot. The room is big, stylish and clean! A large scale supermarket is down below the hotel~ Dont have to worry about buying anything~

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel for 2 weeks of my 4 week holiday for the Rugby World Cup. Staff were friendly and readily available for any questions had. Rooms were fantastic, well sound-proofed and the shower amazing! Beds very comfy too. Plenty of options for food nearby and a great supermarket 2 minutes away. The hotel is situated close to the JR station Tamachi which is convenient for those travelling with a JR rail pass. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone, and would not hesitate to stay here again!

The hotel is very modern in styling, if you have been to a Pullman Hotel before you will know what to expect as they are very consistent. The staff are all very polite and more than happy to help and will go the extra mile for you (they even added some special touches as it was our honeymoon). The room itself it spacious, in good condition and the cleaning staff do a very good job when making up the room. The bed we had was a king size but it was much bigger than a standard UK king size bed (enough to fit 4 pillows side by side) it is also very comfortable so youll get a good nights rest. Sound proofing is very good as we heard no noise from neighbouring rooms. The shower was very powerful something I always appreciate at a hotel.There is a 24hr convenience stores nearby and a supermarket below. There are also a few restaurants directly across and below from the hotel (these can get quite busy after work hours as nearby office staff do use them). The railway station is next to the hotel and is a short walk away so it makes travelling around Tokyo very convenient.Be aware the entrance to the hotel is not on ground floor so make sure to pay attention to the wayfinding signs.
