Everything was as advertised and very nice. The location is just a few blocks from the center of the historic district. The breakfasts were made for us individually. Coffee wine hot chocolate water and soft drinks were always available on a complementary basis. The bathroom soaps and lotions were very nice. I can't think of anything that needed to be Improved.

Cozy, clean room with excellent proximity to St. George Street. Great staff. Will definitely consider a return to this property for next year's visit.

Other than the location of the room being very noisy we were very pleased with the amenities and friendliness of the staff. ( I will add after the second night the innkeeper offered to move us but it wasn’t convenient for us)They had some very nice little extra touches such as extra toilettries lavender for the pillows wine, coffee tea and fresh baked cookies. Breakfast was very good also. It was also very close to the shopping area which was a plus for sure.

Just an overnight to enjoy St. Augustine historical district and bond. This place is amazing on every level. I have traveled all over the US and the world and the do everything to perfection. Breakfast was a $20 home cooked meal for free, as well as free wine, water, sodas and homemade cookies. Best sheets and bed that are amazing. I could go on, but we will start coming here every two months for a couple weekend getaway.

recommend to anyone and everyone!!
Our room was amazing and romantically perfect for my husband and I, we will make this our destination bed-and-breakfast every year. We were greeted as soon as we walked in with an amazing glass of wine walked up to our room served an amazing breakfast. We also got a complementary bottle of champagne. It honestly was just perfect.

I mean, this place is just perfect. Perfect. 10/10. Everything you want in a BnB is covered (perfect location, attentive and friendly staff, clean, amazing breakfast, quiet rooms, free parking in a part of town where it's impossible to park, quaint and historic vibe). Then add things you don't expect - three types of free wine (replenished), free sherry, free soft drinks and bottled water, homemade cookies, cooling fragrant towelettes, a genuinely heartfelt personal welcome). Just stay here. Its perfect.

Amazing personal customer service!! Jess and the whole staff took care of our every need! Love the small details…fresh baked cookies, fresh fruit, wine, coffee, water and soft drinks at welcome and personalized delish breakfast. Rooms are all themed by a Victorian element or gem name. First class!

From a very friendly welcome to a very gracious departure, we were very impressed with this bed & breakfast within walking distance of all the sights of St. Augustine! The room was clean and spacious, the amenities were great from an in-room jacuzzi to complimentary cookies and beverages (and great breakfast). What really set the experience apart for us was the wonderful service from the staff (especially Jessie and Marcia!). Highly recommend!!!

All of the staff were friendly and made us feel at home. They all went out of their way to help make our stay so enjoyable. The breakfasts and amenities were excellent and the entire facility was spotless.

All I can say is WOW!!!! The value this property offers is amazing! Beautiful comfortable rooms, very clean, amazing staff, shout out to Jess and her family. Delicious home made breakfast that was AMAZING to include All the extras from wine, soda, water, cold citrus cloths, sachets with fresh cut lavender to put on your pillow, home made DELICIOUS cookies, chocolate candies on your pillow, free parking, high end Toiletries. They knew it was our anniversary so they put a bottle of champagne in our room. I’m sure I missed other things but those are the highlights. We WILL be back!!! Do yourselves a favor and try them out. I’m sure you’ll experience a 10 out of 10 like us.

It was quiet and very cozy. I am glad it is a 21+ location. No screaming babies or children causing a commotion. 10/10 will be staying again in the future.

The property is in an excellent location, within a couple of blocks of much of the downtown areas with many shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes walk away. The room was clean and comfortable with modern updates to this older home. The dining area was homey and inviting. Jess and Marcia provided exceptional service and great home cooking! They even had beach chairs and towels for our use.

Usually I'm weary about bed and breakfasts, but this place changed my mind. The staff was absolutely incredible as well as the room I stayed in. My daughter has celiac, and they made sure there was breakfast food she could enjoy that was gluten free. When we arrived, we mentioned how we were heading to the beach. Jess, the assistant manager, hooked us up with an umbrella, chairs, towels, sunscreen, and a bag to hold it all! It was absolutely amazing.I felt right at home in this B&B and will definitely stay there again when I return.

Trust me, stay here! The breakfast was incredible and they accommodated my gluten allergy. You're given a free parking pass as well as complimentary snacks and wine. Any other hotel in the area is far more expensive and far less charming.

A super location, incredible breakfast, free wine, beverages, cookies, immaculate room. What really makes this place special is the staff. I can’t say enough about them. The location and staff can not be beat. The entire historic district is walkable from here, and from the moment we arrived Jess and Marcia went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, and they were very accommodating to requests. We would absolutely recommend this B&B to everyone and would stay here again!
