The property was nice and clean and it was a short Uber to the airport, there was a Van for free Transportation, but we just grabbed an Uber instead as we weren’t sure when it was leaving

While waiting in line, I saw the previous customer receiving courteous and professional service, which initially gave me a positive impression of the establishment. However, my experience was different. When it was my turn to check in, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude from the staff member (I'd rather not mention her name on here). I felt as if I were a bother rather than a valued guest. Upon receiving my keys, I was met with nothing but a bad attitude, and unlike other guests, I was not given any information about the hotel's layout, amenities, or even directions to the elevator; instead, after an awkward silence while I waited for this standard information, all she asked was, "Do you need anything else?".

Room was clean only issue was the breakfast, we thought since we paid that much for one night the breakfast was included in the price but we were told we have to pay $20 each person just for some coffee and donuts..

The first hotel in my life who didn't clean the room everyday. They told us that's "usual". Dropped to waste the good things of the property.

Overall it was a good stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The room space is well designed with plenty of room for luggage. Ample parking space and convenient location close to nearby shopping and restaurants. The only issue was the scent used in the lobby. It is very overpowering and discouraged us from dining in the restaurant or sitting in the lobby area.

This is a newish hotel and my toilet was broken the entire time I stayed. I was there for 3 days and each day I complained. They sent maintenance every day but it was not fixed. And when I asked to be moved for night #3, they said they didn't think they could do it because the housekeeping staff had left. A toilet that didn't work definitely affected my impression of the hotel.

Waited 1:10 mins for shuttle after 18 hours of travelling. People left behind it was so full. Shuttle in the morning only every hour; not regular enough. Never again.

I actually got what they call an accessible room..like for wheelchairs..I did not book this type of room..the shower was not comfortable since it was totally open and shower water drained out past the curtain..did not advise front desk because I did not want to move in the evening time when I returned to the room
