Very hot in this area; for instance it was 101° when I stayed in September of 2024. Little to no pet areas and the hotel front desk staff was awesome. I believe the recently promoted sales supervisor was the best employee I met.

We stayed several days longer than we had expected and dealt with some employees who were very rude. Not all of the employees were this way just a couple. I will not name names I do not feel that it is necessary. We all have bad days.

The hotel was conveniently located with options for dining nearby. It was clean and staff was helpful and friendly.

It’s was small but tall. the pool was a good size but it wasn’t heated, my kids didn’t mind. Breakfast was fabulous, good cooked food and a good selection. Nice staff. Parking was good we could park in front of the door and it was a pretty well lit parking lot which felt safer. Rooms were clean.

The property is well maintain and clean.We checked in super late and the nigth staff that checked us in very helpful and friendly. Just the staff in the morning when we checked out was not friendly at all.Need to be trained of customer service

Room smelled like smoke , sheets looked wrinkled like they weren’t changed .. vents were filthy and furry and the AC was not working

After a long roadtrip thru the west coast this was a great place to rest, swim, eat nearby and recharge.

Everything was fine till we got to the room. The beds were dirty look like someone had their period along with hair particles on the bed.

The staff are the best asset of this property. We have stayed here 4 times in the last year.

Great breakfast with healthy options. Nice staff. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The room fan/ac was kind of loud and tricky to work. It’s fine if you are a heavy sleeper.

We needed a room for the night after driving and this was perfect. Clean, comfortable, breakfast was good.

All good with our stay. Whenever we visit Medford we stay here. Our only complaint is how unkind Eryn Robin was on this occasion. He told my husband that we couldn't receive packages due to hotel policies because they don't have enough storage space (we only received small things from Amazon). We travel all the time and no hotel has that policy, least of all the Holiday Inns. With these types of attitudes and comments, what they achieve is that frequent guests of the hotel (like us) decide not to stay there again.

Great breakfast!

Holiday Inn refused to honor the reservation. The clerk said that their system received the booking information, but that the rooms were later filled. I had driven 5.5 hours to get there. The person in front of me was also refused a room after having paid for and reserved a room.

THE ELEVATOR WASN'T WORK FOR A TIME , IT DID NOT BOTHER ME SINCE I WAS ON THE 1ST FLOOR I WAS SURPRISED THAT A COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST WASN'T PART OF THE STAY AS I'VE BEEN ON THE ROAD AND EVERY WHERE I HAVE STAYED OFFERED FREE BREAKFAST

Clean new quiet

Nice staff, good breakfast.

We checked in super late around midnight after a very long trip. The room smelled awful, but my daughter and husband were so tired they just fell asleep. The next morning woke up to what smelt like dog diarrhea in our room. Went down to the desk and said my room has an awful smell, the guy knew right away what room it was. They knowingly put us in a room that smelt like that. I asked if we could move to a clean room so they could clean that one. They told us they didn't have one. Which was a lie, I was standing there when someone asked if they could stay in the room they were in and not move that morning into the room they were told was ready for them. They offered to clean it and run the Ozone machine again, but that was all they could do. We would have left but it was the last time my daughter and her team will ever play together and they have been together for 5 years and the rest of the team was there. To add to the horrific smell, the bathroom was dirty. I have pictures of the floor where there was mud foot prints, I wiped up and no toilet paper. I love the Holiday Inn and we stay at them a lot all year around. This was awful, inconsiderate and unacceptable. They offered zero compensation, just a verbal apology and acknowledged they knew it smelt.

This was a way-stop as part of a larger road trip. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The clerk at check-in was friendly. Only complaint (which is mild) was at breakfast the following morning there were no plates, they just had bowls.

We stayed in a regular king room on the first floor this time, and honestly, it was nicer than the suite we usually stay in upstairs. The ceilings were vaulted, the room was clean and neatly organized, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was accommodating, even for my request for three extra pillows at one in the morning! Breakfast is quickly stocked when things go out, and the selection is modest but there's something for everyone. We will be staying here again!

Beautiful property, terrific breakfast, decent fitness center, and terrific staff. The internet was surprisingly fast as well!
