Would definitely stay again! Convenience and Location

Worth it!

We had such a mixed experience at this hotel, it was hard to give it an accurate review. However, let me give you the pros and cons: First, we booked the Presidential Suite for 4 nights. It is a beautiful large room with floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides. Room Pros: Spectacularly comfortable bed, beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable sofa and chairs. Loved the room. Room Cons: I wish hotels gave you wash cloths, and a box of tissue paper. This room had neither. But the big con was the noise from the hallway, it would echo down the tiles from the end of the hall and felt like people were standing in our sitting room yelling at us. Very noisy from internal sounds, not from street sounds. Hotel Pros: We told the hotel that we were going to be doing a prenup photo shoot in the room, and they were so accommodating for the makeup people and photographers, and let us use the room, the hallway, and the sky lounge. We were so thankful for how kind and helpful they were, and the photo shoot went amazing. Also, the parking was smooth and easy, and the staff were so friendly and helpful and every interaction with staff except for 1 was amazing and made us feel good. Hotel Cons: The 1 bad interaction was with the breakfast in the sky lounge. We showed up the second day for breakfast, and the guy there said just get whatever food we can. All we could find was 4 pieces cold bacon, cold rice, a couple of old buns. It was horrible - we left and ate out !

We love this hotel and it’s probably one of our favorite stays in the city. Room is nice and staff is friendly. Breakfast was also good. We will stay here again.

People are nice and hospitable.

It is close to everything, but the property is poorly built. The AC is oversized and doesn't regulate, floor tiles are moving, doors have gaps and noise get into, outlets are loose, moisture and mildew are present, no ac in hallway and upper lobby, smells bad and dirty. This property could have been built better for half the cost of labor and materials. It looks good on pic, but once you stayed you would not want to come back again.

The main lobby and each floor lobby was very nice. The staff was also quite friendly. Unfortunately there were many more things that certainly did not live up to expectations. I had two rooms there simultaneously. One room there were no issues other than visible signs of mold or mildew in the shower area. The other room had several issues. The room constantly smelled of mold or mildew. There was visible mold or mildew in the showers. After showering at night there was still standing water in the shower the next morning. The gym did not look like the pictures on the website and most of the equipment didn't work. The breakfast buffet paled in comparison to other hotels I have stayed at in Bacolod. The rooms were noisy. My expectations I had based on recommendations from friends and family were overestimated. I will choose different accommodations from now on.

Due to flight problems with Cebu Pacific, I was unable to make my flight and had to sleep in the airport overnight. Because of this, I wasn't able to make my connection and therefore wouldn't make the time for the hotel. I messaged them 2 days in advance to let them know and they said there's nothing they can do. They couldn't reschedule. It wouldn't refund me nothing. So here I am out of money for two rooms. Three nights each. They would not help at all.

I like the friendly staff . The room was clean and the water is strong in the flow. I did not like the location, surroundings , very inconvenient in terms of transportation. Food was just average. The door bangs loudly when someone next door closed it that it startles you. There was a roofdeck party the first night I was there and the music was soo noisy it woke me up. I had to call the receptionist downstairs to lower the music sound as guests are also there to sleep.

My wife likes the clean modern rooms and says that she will not be happy if we stay anywhere else in Bacolod

The hotel has good aesthetics and fine taste. Generally, staff was very good (front desk) although the ones in the dining area for breakfast need to be more attentive to customers. They are talking among themselves leaving customers unattended and when they do, service takes long...

I was upgraded to a very spacious room because the room that was assigned to me initially was next to a function room with people that were very noisy. Thank you for the upgrade! It property has the amenities that a light traveller like me need.The shower was decent. I did not use the rain shower because it did not really work as such. I asked the front desk to fix the issue but the maintenance guy must have increased the pressure instead. The hand held shower worked just fine anyway. It has a very limited parking space. Youll be lucky to find an empty space after a long day of driving. Breakfast buffet has very limited choices. Nothing in comparison to the competition across Lacson Street. Overall, my stay was good! I can see myself (including my family) staying in this hotel again in my future visit(s) to Bacolod City.

We love the interior design of this hotel very impressive. Our suite is very spacious. Ample closet space and nice sitting area. Bathroom space is good, hot water is the way it should be. The towels and toiletries always sufficient, we do not have to call unlike other hotels. Bed was comfortable including the pillows. Air Conditioning was excellent. Free Wifi was a plus. The best part was the Breakfast. Everything was delicious especially the Ube Pandesal, my first time to try this flavor. I actually looked up the recipe and baked some as soon as we got back in the states. All the servers in the restaurant were attentive, excellent customer service. When we go back to visit, we will see you all again. We had a wonderful stay!!!

Krystal at the front desk was very helpful Breakfast could be healthier and more options could be added instead of fried snacks offered early morning .Water bottles should be sold at minimum price instead of a dollar each for the smallest bottle .

Nothing unique. Everything was just perfect. Our room was spacious, very clean, well supplied with all the usual amenities. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The food at the rooftop restaurant was very good. It is supposed to open at 6 AM, but at 6:40, they were still completing the breakfast setup. Not a big problem.

We had a great stay. Classy, comfy and smells so good. We love the bed and the interior design of this hotel. High ceiling and modern furniture. Breakfast was not the best but ok. Difficult to find parking space during our stay due to Christmas carousels build in front of the hotel which creates the crowd.

There was no WIFI inside our room. We had to go out of the lobby for the WIFI services. Food needs improvement. But our room was very nice, comfortable, spacious and interiors were modern and savvy.

Stonehill suite is excellent to stay. You can enjoy something to drink at top restaurant.
