Excellent Free self-service laundry. Complimentary coffee and drinks at lobby. Parking is a few walks away from Hotel but it's still acceptable

The staff were very helpful . Dinner was delicious and the wine and/or juice tasting was nice. Our room was lovely. The complimentary diy laundry machines were of great help! If I go to that area again, I would stay there!

Environment is outstanding and staffs are all friendly. We will like to visit again during the winter.

Their washer and dryer are free! I like that they have a hot tub to relax after a long day trip. Their room size with pretty spacious, they have kitchenette, kitchen items, the tv channels are good and you can do netflix, youtube, hulu too. They provide wine tasting every ight with crackers.. we would be staying and go back to this hotel again. Thank you.

Hotel room was of a good size and came with a spacious standing shower. Loved that they have a public bath on the premises. Coffee and wine was available in the lobby which was a nice touch. Staff were ready to help us check which restaurants nearby were open and make recommendations as some places were closed during the golden week. Parking was a short walk away but not an issue for us.

This is a very nice hotel with excellent value. It is clean and modern with well equipped rooms. The restaurant is very good, which is welcome as there’s not a lot around. The staff is friendly and helpful. English was better than in other pricier hotels. They have a lounge area and in the evening there are a few bottles of wine to have a tasting. This would be a great idea since there’s not much to do in Furano after sunset, if it were a bit better accomplished . Unfortunately, the wine is terrible, there are only some crackers to go with it and not a lot of room to sit down. I don’t mean to portray this as a bad thing, but rather say it’s a bit of a missed opportunity. Overall, the most important aspect is it’s great value and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for hotels in this price range.

Boutique hotel with excellent facilities and good service

Loved our stay here... great room with kitchenette. Hotel staff are wonderful and really helpful. Relaxing atmosphere in lounge and dining room, lovely breakfast and good dining options in evening. Shuttle to ski field also great.

We stayed as a family of 5 in one of the triple rooms for 10 nights. Needless to say it was very cosy but with a bit of organisation we managed to make it work pretty well. Facilities at the hotel are great - Onsen is a great treat after a days skiing, washing machine/dryers very useful over the 10 days and the microwave helped to fill in a few meals where we chose to stay in. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of selection western and eastern and the restaurant had a range of dinner options and was pretty well priced from Pizza to Shabu Shabu Service - absolutely top class, they were extremely kind, polite and unbelievably helpful organising restaurants, taxis, shuttles to skiing etc. Location - just a few mins walk (uphill) to gondola but a really good shuttle service. A taxi to the main town was about 1800 yen so very reasonable for a meal out. A great facility made even better by really great staff, would recommend to anyone and a good option for families.

Friendly, polite, professional and helpful staff, my car was stuck in the snow the hotel manager helped me to get my car out of snow.

This is probably the most overrated hotel I've stayed in Hokkaido. First, the parking lot is very far. On snowy days, parking and retrieving your car can be very frustrating. The staff at check-in seemed indifferent, perhaps lacking proper hotel training. For a hotel that opened in 2018, the communal washing machines were noticeably moldy. The shower area also had visible mold due to poor ventilation. The worst part was the poor sound insulation; I could hear other guests walking all night. The only good thing was the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner were tasty.

Loved the entire experience! There was wine/juice tasting in the lobby. Free laundry services. Staff were really helpful as well. Overall, wonderful stay!

Nice stylish hotel, room size is big for 2 adults 2 kids with lots of table top space, storage. Public bath is small but decent for a quick dip. Free usage of washing machine & nice drinks bar with wine tasting

I like the room especially the separate showroom and toilet. The location os good for guests with car.

It’s a very pleasant stay for a two-night family trip. A little bit pricy but the hotel room is gorgeous.

Hotel is clean and nice and it offers free washing machine service and parking. Love the room and the public bath. Overall a good experience.

The decoration of the hotel is good, the service is average and the equipment is average.

Dislike: 1) Parking is a distance away from hotel so you need to unload luggage at hotel entrance and drive about 150m away uphill. 2) We tried to do hotel dining for dinner on the day of check-in and was told reservation needs to be made at least 1 day in advance so we can only eat out. It would be good if there is a note to hotel guests to inform of such inconvenience.

I love the hotel, it was very clean and looks really new. Free wine tasting, muscat grape juice, apple juice and snacks were all provided free of charge. There's even a coffee machine which you can also use free of charge. The staff were friendly and very polite. They even give 1000 yen voucher if you agree to not have house cleaning (only available for guests who stay more than 2 nights). Only downside of the hotel is that they didn't have enough parking lots so we had to park up a slope. However, it was not much of a problem, just a little inconvenient.

Service was excellent. I made a mistake with my booking and staff (girl with short hair and glasses - can't get her name as her name badge was facing down during check out) was able to accommodate and change my booking day. I was very grateful. Services was great and felt genuine. Juices and even wines were offered as welcome drinks at lobby but think from certain timing. Love the view from our room too.

Except parking is on the slope and not exactly near hotel, everything else is great

We stayed for 3 days and also dined in for dinner on first night. We were served with high quality and fresh local produce. The meat (beef, pork and fish) are cooked to perfection. Service was excellent. The hotel manager and all staffs are very professional and friendly. We asked for recommendation for restaurant, and the hotel staff provided her recommendation and even helped to make reservation.
