We had a wonderful time here. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool although small was perfect to dip in and out of in the very hot July weather. It's very clean and the rooms have everything your need, with great space, really comfortable beds and full of all the things you might forget, like toothpaste. The hotel sits on the river with a supermarket minutes away which is great for getting a few nibbles and some afternoon drinks if that's your thing. The terrace bar is nice but not manned between 4pm and 8pm so you can't get a drink in the afternoon which is quite poor for a hotel I think and has no small plates. They had a couple of complementary drinks but when busy they were all gone before you got a look in. There was an amazing barman I think called Renee from Cuba, he was awesome, really chatty and made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. That man needs a pay rise! The other barmen were pretty clueless and so attached to their mobile phones you felt like you were imposing to ask for something. Lastly the breakfast, really good variety of meats, cheeses, fruit, pastries and a small selection of cooked food. They also have an eggs menu with a great variety of egg based dishes which sounded lovely however the main issues were in 5 days we didn't get one egg properly cooked. Either egg so under you could pour it into your plate or so over the yolk had turned to powder. I love the idea please work on execution.

This is a beautiful luxurious hotel. Hotel Kivir is right by the river in the center of Seville and an easy walk to sites such as Real Alcazar, cathedral, Setas de Seville and shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly. Organized taxis and tours for us. We booked a junior suite. The room was enormous and luxuriously appointed with robes, complimentary mini bar and snacks. Even a pillow menu! The breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the river which is in the shade in the morning. The hotel is listed as 4 stars. It really should be 5.

Perfect hotel, we will stay again and would recommend to family and friends. Beautiful location on the banks of the river. Perfectly located for walking to all major attractions. Supermarket about 100 meters away. Professional hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. All areas of the hotel very clean and well maintained. Room well appointed. We had a Premium room with River View. The Bed was enormous and Large Shower and bathroom. Safe in the room. Plenty of storage space. Kettle and Coffee maker. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful and so relaxing. Good variety of food, egg menu cooked to order, some bacon, beans, tomatoes and sausage. Ham, cold meats, cheeses, yougarts, cereal, fresh fruit and pastries. Something for everyone. The real bonus was throughout the day and evening there was a reception room with cold drinks, tea and coffee and a few pastry nibbles. The mini bar of soft drinks in the room was also free. The hotel is located only about 200 meters from the Bull Ring. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in.

Excellent hotel but the rooms facing the river are noisy because of two busy bars on the street below the rooms.

Great location, lovely welcome, clean, fresh and nice hotel. Lovely team, nice room but air conditioning poor. Lovely breakfast, great rooftop with a dipping pool to cool off. Nice bar, loved the snacks and coffee area downstairs. Nice surprise as my wife gifted a bottle of fix for her birthday with a touching note. Recommend this hotel and the team work really hard and are very professional and kind.

The shower in our room was a bit of a struggle, the temperature control was manual and having no red or blue dots to indecate which direction to adjust the temperature. Just a small problem easy to fix, apart from that great hotel nice people.

Very pleasant hotel with large, clean room (Junior Suite) Cold Breakfast was excellent - excellent fruit, yoghurt, cheese and hams, freshly squeezed orange juice. Hot options were limited and not that good… Don’t pick this hotel if you need a swimming pool as there is one but tiny…. Staff friendly and helpful. Views across the river from the terrace were superb.

Great venue, the Staff extremely helpful and the rooftop bar overlooking the city and River was a real plus point.

The hotel is well maintained and spotless. The bedroom very well equipped and attractive with the biggest most comfortable bed we've slept in. The staff throughout are exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. We whole heartedly Hotel Kivir.

Location is a plus! we just cross the street and walk along the river. A lot of dinning options just around the corner. Close to the most touristic places. Staff super friendly. Awesome breakfast. Super comfy beds. Clean baths. Yes a little bit noise since is on the Main Street, but it didn't bother so much. Only downs for me: no restaurant in the hotel (they are building one), and no parking ( but 2 garage buildings very close. We will go back here on our next trip to Sevilla.

I was not impressed with breakfast, but hotel was clean, my room was facing river and it was above bar/restaurant and noise was too much but I feel unfair to say that is hotel problem . the problem was bar/restaurant

As soon as you enter through the doors, you are welcomed by extremely friendly staff. The hotel itself is new and extremely well located with excellent facilities - each room comes with a mini bar that includes free bottles juices and water, an array of toiletries and even a pillow menu to fit your every need! The breakfast although not included with the room price is also excellent - with a chef at hand to make you your eggs however you want and fresh fruit smoothies, to accompany an array of pastries, cheeses, cold meats, jams, cereals and fruits. I cannot recommend this place enough! If you can book a room on the 4th floor, where you can benefit from a private balcony with table and chairs and sun loungers facing the river.

Nice deco and clean. Spacious room with nice view of the river however it is quite noisy as there are bars right downstairs. On wed night, it was ok not much noise but on Thurs night, you can hear people talking until like 2am. Can’t imagine how the noise would be like on Fri and Sat nights.

Great hotel in the center of town, within walking distance to main attractions. Staff was very helpful n the restaurant had great food.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed it so much we returned for another few days later on in our travels. We checked in after midnight after a 28 hour flight, so were weary. The lady on reception was friendly, spoke English and offered us a complimentary local liqueur and sweet, a lovely touch. Our room was quiet and on a higher floor as requested, overlooking the river. We enjoyed watching a Christmas lightshow from the window on several nights of our stay. Our room was very well designed. Lots of drawers for storage, double sinks, bench space and a shelf in the bathroom fpr toiletries, USB charger, double glazed window that could be opened for fresh air. Coffee maker and kettle. Housekeeping was to a very high standard. Our minibar was replenished daily with complimentary non-alcoholic drinks. Our floor was also mopped daily. If i was being picky, i think breakfast could be improved for the price. After staying a week it became repetitive and other hotels I stayed in offered more variety. But there is a lovely view from the terrace and we enjoyed a few drinks at the bar, even watching the Three Kings parade one night. I'd definitely return (and have!)

Hotel Kivir is a wonderful hotel with excellent staff and great amenities. The rooms have beautiful modern decor and they are very clean. The hotel is very generous in offering free drinks and snacks in the afternoon. Also, the rooftop bar has amazing views. Finally, it is close to the city centre and to many wonderful tapas restaurants. Higly recommended

Great location, friendly staff with an added personal touch. It was great to be welcomed with vouchers for the cocktail bar on the roof and to be shown the area where free drinks and snacks are available during the afternoon. Evening turn down with chocolates and sweets was nearly always managed after we had left the room. It's the little things that matter!

The staff are very attentive , pleasant and genuine. They know what true hospitality is all about. I enjoyed the location being right across the scenic Bridge that leads into Triana neighborhood. Although the view from the rooms are partially covered by the tree foliage in front of the hotel. At night the area turns into Club central with all the wild and loud happy noises that comes with all the parties going on. The noise from the rowdiness is noticeable from the rooms even though they do have doble paneling windows. You can hear the steady murmur of revelry going on outside. The rooms and facilities are very good although the pillow selection is di erse( you are given a pillow menu to choose foryouself the most agrreable with your comfort) not one of them pillows was the right fit for me. They simply were all a bit to thin to get thegive me the proper support . I’m 1.90mts tall aprox 6’4” . Generally speaking i did like the hotel but I could have liked a less noisy room and a fuller pillow to lay my head on.

Great hotel in a super location. All sites in easy walking distance. Very helpful staff without excessive fuss. Front facing rooms have nice river views but can be noisy at night. Lovely rooftop open air breakfasts. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel - clean, spacious and very well designed rooms. Location was perfect for a 4 night city break with all the sites a short walk away. Staff were very friendly and informative and the rooftop bar / breakfast area was great. No hesitation in recommending this hotel to others!

Wonderful, central location near the river. Beautiful room! The swimming pool was more of a splash pool.

Fantastic hotel in a great location - everything is walkable. The staff were fantastic - from reception to bar and breakfast were all really friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the glass of cava to welcome us and complimentary water and fruit juice daily in our fridge. Rooms immaculate and spacious. The hotel also smells amazing!
