good staff, great breakfast, spacias room and the location is perfect. It would've been better if there is safety box.

The location was a 20minute walk from Playa de la Concha and avoided the noise that the old town can have. Service was good but also didn't need anything other than checking in/out. Beds were fine. Showers need frosted glass as the shower, toilet, and sink are all exposed in the same area. Facility as a whole needs a tough up of maintenance. Stains in the carpet, chipped walls, etc However, that's not to say it was dirty by any means. It was fine, not great.

We got the Suite and it was huge. The room, the toilets were all very clean. Friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast. The parking is not in the building, but there is a convenient parkling lot quite close. Only one recommendation, the bath has see through walls from the room. Would suggest privacy glass for the shower room,

It was great stay with family. Rooms were small but comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast had lot of variety and was really delicious.

Room was very big and clean. Bed was comfortable. About a 15-20 minute walk to the old town and center. The only issue we had was a very noisy pipe in our room that went off every time someone flushed the toilet. Otherwise stay was very comfortable. Check in and check out was very easy and we appreciated the earlier check in time.

We loved our 2 night stay here over Christmas. Staff amazing, room big, quiet, comfy and spotless and breakfast included an added bonus. Bus stop outside into town (less than €2) or walkable in about 20 mins. I would come back here in a heartbeat when visiting next.

Got off to a slow start, the hotel entrance is a little hidden and parking is very limited. The actual car park is the public parking across the roundabout and it's rather expensive. That said, once sorted, the hotel proved to be a very nice place to be. Public transport right out the door, rooms bright and cheery and the staff were helpful. A good option In San Sebastian - definately worth a try.

First AC ive had in EU hotel that actually blasted.I guess because its an individual unit. Was a nice hotel overall. Decently close to the main part of San Sebastian. It was near 200, I just feel I've had better at that price. Wifi worked.

I loved this hotel. The most comfortable beds and pillows of everywhere I've stayed in Spain. It's a 25-30 minute walk to the center of the town and beach. There aren't cabs so just note this. The only thing that was really strange was that you share a balcony with your neighbour with no partition. This worked out great for me as we became good friends but as a female - little scary. Overall, great stay

The staff are nice and the hotel was clean and tidy, but just a bit underwhelming. The shower is a glass door in an open plan studio - weird. And the toilet door didn't have a latch and was on a sliding door that opened by it self. No one needs to share the experience of a number 2! Also, I asked for car parking(which was on the listing) and there wasn't any available when we arrived (and it did say subject to availability when I looked closer - but that would have been nice to know when I originally asked. This didn't make a big difference as they sent me to the car parking building where they parked there cars anyone. Cost for two days was 52 Euro. There is no ability to drive up and take your bags out, so you have to walk with your luggage to the hotel and the distance depends on if you're lucky enough to get a park near by. The location is what it is - 1.5 km easy walk to the beach, but that gets old when you go down twice in the day. There was a bus service if you wanted to work it out. The breakfast was basic - clean and tidy though. Overall an average rating - not the best, but certainly not the worst either.

We had a fantastic stay! We really enjoyed the area, the amenities, the beautiful room and the helpful service. The hotel was a little difficult to find and they could explain a little better, but otherwise it was great.

Simply wonderful. Stayed for two nights. Walkable and close to the train station.

Nice location and comfortable. We were staying with a group and small items started to go missing. We overheard another guest reporting the same issue. The staff appeared pretty indifferent to the missing items. There was no in room safe for valuables. The most valuable item that went missing was a pair of Rayban Sunglasses that disappeared while we were downstairs at breakfast. Other items were costume jewelry and a phone charging cord. This could happen anywhere I suppose but it is first time experiencing petty theft in a hotel.

This was a good option for a 3 night stay in San Sebastián. Staff were really helpful and the room was extremely clean and spacious! Only down side was parking our hire car. It cost €60 and was a bit of a trek with the luggage as it was not next to or underneath the hotel. That said, if visiting SS via public transport in the future, I would certainly stay here again.

Amara, the place where this hotel is located, is a bit far from restaurants and other attractive factors in SSD center, a typical residential area. Our room was quite large and the bathroom was new and nice, but we had problems with cleaning (i.e. the same dead flies stayed at the same place in front of the window for 5 nights, our dirty towels were hung again to re-use etc.) If this was a cheap hostel, or a youth hotel, it would be fine, otherwise there are many better places in town and this one.

Bathroom sink was blocked and water not running down. Also we could not lock the door as the lock handle was broken. Overall we had a nice welcome by the stuff

The hotel was ok ! Bit of a walk to centre and room clean but basic. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in multiple hotels on our trip around the Basque country area and this was by far the worst. 1. The room when we arrived was not sufficiently clean and had brown marks all along the windows, and markings on the walls where paint had been rubbed off. 2. Unless you stick only to bread and croissants, the breakfast was terrible and inconsistent, some days the food was barely edible and others it was actually okay! The coffee was a disappointment. 3. The cleaning of the room during our stay was also inconsistent, some maids cleaned the rooms properly and others left the bin still full even though it had nappies inside from our daughter (3 years old). 4. The beds and bedding were not changed until the night before we left, my wife accidentally marked a pillow with some lipstick in her sleep but that pillow cover was then not changed for 3 cleanings in a row even though the bed had been made. Note that you MUST put the sign outside to say that you want room service, as they will not automatically clean the room. The worst part of it all though is the price, I could have booked the lovely 4 star hotel just around the corner which had good coffee and breakfast for the same price as here! But I was fooled by the nice pictures and reviews on here and elsewhere....

Convenient location. Pleasant staff. Only downside was they advertised parking available but said they had none left when we checked in. Price to park one night was half the cost of the room.

Stylish big room with a large king bed. Very clean and with its own air-conditioning. Attention to the little details are good. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage before check in which is so important to a traveler trying to make the most of sightseeing. Top service from staff.

We really loved the hotel. It’s nice and central and accessible to the beach and old town by bus or bike or walk. We loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of our room, and the decor was very modern and attractive too. It had all the services we needed too. The reception staff were all lovely and very helpful. Some complimentary water in the room would be nice. One criticism would be that it is slightly noisy in the mornings - I think our room was close to a housekeeping office and they were a bit loud at times and even with earplugs we woke a bit earlier than we would have liked on a relaxing holiday. But other than that all good.

Nicely decorated, staff really nice, abundant breakfast, spacious quadruple room. A bit hard to find parking nearby and transportation needed to go to the touristic attractions.
