The property is in a very good location.

Pleasant stay, ideally located, and Leticia was available for any questions we had.

For the price this is a great choice. Clean and comfortable room, hot water in the shower and in a central location. A big thank you to Latitia who was on hand looking after the 2 rooms on site, and to Roly for the email communication and taxi booking. I would be happy to stay here again.

We spent 2-3 days in Havana staying at this property. Leticia, our host was very helpful providing local insight and was always just a door knock away. The property itself was clean, tidy and in an excellent location for exploring the local area/sights. It was less than 5 mins from the Capitolio building which dominates the Havana metropolis. The people were very friendly too, we met our neighbours whilst out strolling and they assisted us for someone to eat, some cigars etc. We told our host we will be back one day soon, it was a home from home and we were made to feel welcome. My visit here was right before the shut down of pre covid. The visit was a pleasant one. The property was very clean, and comfortable. The owners were friendly and attentive to any needs we may have had, breakfast available each day. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is good for anything you need, and the place was nice and clean.

Very nice people, clean place compared other places in Cuba. The entrance has many high stairs and is narrow. Otherwise great location and place to stay. Recommended.
