We really enjoyed the Art Boutique Havana. Beatriz was especially helpful in arranging the best tour guide ever, Orlando who was a history professor with perfect English and he took us around in his classic car. The room was very clean and I thought the bed was very comfortable. There are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance as well as museums, and the Prado for the weekend art show.

We really enjoyed the Art Boutique Havana. Myself and 3 family members recently spent 5 days and 4 nights at Art Boutique Havana. Off top, please double check your reservations to make sure you book for the correct number of people. Because your cost also has a "per person" booking cost. Ok now to the review: The location of the property was perfect for us. The area is completely walkable to many landmarks, cute little eateries and shops. You can walk in either direction and get what you are looking for. Pick your direction of walking to experience: Older buildings with locals living life daily, cute and modern eateries, tourist areas close enough to the many squares and the water etc. Also, my other family members are all women. WE WERE and FELT SAFE. Bring some comfortable shoes, hire a trusted guide, and enjoy! The accommodation's were good for our group of four. Breakfast and coffee was included daily from 8am-10am. The staff was friendly and helpful. My overall take away was the friendliness and happiness of the Cuban people we encountered in general. You will not regret stating at Art Boutique Havana. You will be well taken care of. Enjoy!

The staff is exceptionally kind. The hotel manager, Ali, helped us arrange the taxis for the rest of our trip through Cuba and followed up with us when we had problems. He also helped us with accommodation in other cities. True 5-star VIP service in this hotel. If it's your first time in Cuba, this is your place to stay, and from here, you can plan everything else!

I wanted to be amongst the local ppl and this hotel is right in Old Havana. It gives an accurate depiction of life under communism. Ppl are very nice and I always felt safe at all hours but then again, I don't obsess over news and feel right at home in my hometown of Houston, too. Lovely rooftop and breakfast areas. Staff were super helpful and nice. We will be back and book here again!

Was hard to find on a small side street. Staff member very nice! Bed ok, bathroom had no amenities, not even bar of soap. Good sized room, good air con.

Great stay. Nice accommodations. My favorite part of my stay were the Cuban people. I was taught a valuable lesson on my trip. Money and convenience doesn’t always make for a better, happier life. All the smiles and love that surrounded me gave me a sense of pride to be human again in this world that can be so cold. 🇨🇺

They gave me breakfast every day without a bottle of water and they put some bottle of water inside of my room without tell me nothing about them when I checked out they made me pay each bottle of the put inside the room just imagine I was there for 8 days and eat every morning with no water a side
