Love love loved our stay so much at Voya Hotel! Everything was WOW!! from the staff, the service, the food, the cleanliness, the decor, just everything was amazing! They welcomed us with a room upgrade, some yummy chocolate and a nice bottle of Rum!! Our room was so beautiful, spacious and clean with a direct access to the pool and bar. Our stay was so peaceful and zen! We will definitely be staying at Voya again in the future! Thank you again!! Simply the best!

We had a great stay at the Voya Hotel. Beautifully restored building with lovely room and facilities. Small pool and outside bar area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and lunch were very good.

I really loved my entire experience from the beginning of my stay at the Voya Boutique until the end of my stay. The staff was very accomadating, friendly, helpful and recommended wonderful restaurants to eat. The food here at the Voya was phenomenal. My room was very clean and well decorated. My room stayed clean. I would recommend to all my family and friends to stay here. I would definitely stay here again.

The most wonderful petit cozy friendly hotel, they helped us with everything, ordering things online we couldn’t get in any stores in Havana, ordering taxis and picking us up from another hotel that had too many stairs, they gave us good recommendations to restaurants, turned down the music if we asked for it, beautiful home baked breakfast (included) great garden bar/restaurant, all staff were so lovely.

Wow!! Amazing property with excellent service. The staff is unbelievable and impeccable. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious. Did I mention the service was top notch?? We will return to stay once again. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This is a beautiful, beautiful home and perfect place to stay. The staff is EXCEPTIONALLY great, and while the location is a bit removed from old Havana, we will stay there again as we were treated so incredibly well.

From the moment we arrived the voya team stepped into action treating us like royalty anything we needed was organised taxis, tours restaurants to eat at nothing was a inconvenience. The food is excellent and with the secert bar you always can get your mojito. For the true havana experience i would highly recommend the voya !

Had an excellent stay at Voya, everything was top notch from the room, to the pool area, to bar, to restaurant. 24/7 WhatsApp before, during, and after stay was certainly a great perk. Entire staff was friendly, welcoming, warm, and looking to make sure it was the best stay no matter your duration of stay. Would highly recommend Voya, you won’t be disappointed. My wife who is very particular enjoyed, that’s saying a lot lol :)

The service was excellent in this tiny hotel where they know you by name and are very helpful. It was way off the beat and path of downtown old Havana so plan on taking taxis to places. Carlos the bartender and Barbara one of the wait staff were very nice to us and accommodating. I suggest you request the driver named Angel in his taxi to drive you to the beaches in Cuba. He is connected to the hotel so ask for him.

VOYA is an absolutely sparkling modern hotel with European sensibilities in a century-old mansion with high ceilings and lush gardens. The neighborhood is quiet, and the hotel interior is accordingly peaceful. Guests sleep well. The rooms and spaces were beautiful and well-appointed. The best part was the staff. From the moment they greeted us at the airport, to the front desk, the mojitos and rim, meals, live music on the patio, tours, and other arrangements, every staff member was delightful and highly competent. When my phone got immersed in water and died, they immediately got a bag of rice and it came back to life in a few hours. Can't wait to return to VOYA.

Havana's best Boutique Hotel 5star quality: Wow, what an amazing Boutique hotel with 5* service and luxurious facilities. I have travelled the world and Voya is one of the best hotels I have stayed in so far. The attention to detail, customer service, friendlyness is top notch. The cleanliness of the hotel and my room was amazing. They offer twice daily room cleaning, and I received personal note from the staff during turndown service at night together with a chocolate. Some highlights were: the complimentary a la carte breakfast, comfortable bedding, Nespresso machine, Lalique amenities, Minibar and Bose speakers. The food and drinks at the restaurant were the best I had during the trip to Cuba. They offer complimentary WiFi that works good (stable connection). I would highly recommend you stay at Voya on your travels to Havana. Amazing experience and the staff was highly skilled and very customer service oriented!!!!

We had a great time at the hotel. The neighborhood the hotel is in wasn’t pleasing but that’s Cuba. The limited amount of dining around the hotel wasn’t pleasing either.. The hotel, staff, service, was amazing and thanks for the amazing experience

My stay at Voya Boutique was nothing short of amazing. Being a private hotel, they were able ensure my stay in Havana would go unhitched without any issues. The girls at reception desk were available at the drop of a dime, whether it was answering any of my questions or assisting with transportation to and from the hotel. The food, drinks, and service from the team in the Brasserie restaurant were just as sensational! Will certainly be back, and will advise anyone travelling from my home to stay with the Voya team! :)

Voya boutique hotel is the best place to stay. The staff and the owners are so kind, nice & friendly and you really feel like that you are at home and being good taken care of. ☺️ When I came to the hotel the welcoming was so heartwarming. They inform you of everything and if you have any questions the staff are there to help you. They gave me a welcome drink and a tour of the hotel before taking me to my room. And let me tell you when I entered my room it was so beautiful and nice with a welcome card & chocolates and the room itself I appreciate all of the little details and the staff of course for there effort. Voya boutique hotel has it’s own personality & really stands out with everything they have to offer. The breakfast, food & and drinks are delicious. The transport is also the best. I highly recommend Voya boutique hotel😁 I would definitely come back here without a doubt! I’m very happy that I chose them. 🥰✨

After an extensive tour of Cuba, I can honestly say this is the best boutique hotel in the country. It is a 5-star, stylish, beautiful and comfortable home. The greeting from the amazing reception team was world-class, worthy of any luxury international hotel. I loved the welcome drinks served in the lovely "secret garden" bar.The dinner was also excellent, with fresh and seasonal ingredients prepared to tanatlise the senses, all served and presented beautifully. The rooms have been furnished to very high standards, well above expectations for Cuba. Details such as the original artworks, high-end toiletries and opulent bath robes just ooze class. Thank you so much Voya!

This casa is the correct term for place was AMAZING! I was skeptical when i choose this place considering Americans cant stay at hotel. Although it says hotel it is indeed a casa operated just like a "5 star hotel". Trust me this is from someone who is very picky about where I stay! The service was impeccable, from the ladies at the front desk(receptionists) all dressed in red. They were gorgeous, and very professional and all of them had excellent customer service. The waiters and bar staff were superb 👌 as well. Trust me this place does not dissappoint. I was actually sad to leave. I will definitely return to Cuba and when i do i will be staying here. I really appreciate all the help from the staff going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, safe and meeting all my needs. Thank you all so much! ❤️

I cannot think of enough good things to say about our experience at Voya. My wife and I traveled in for a quick weekend trip to celebrate our anniversary and the accommodations and service were absolutely top notch. I would give this place 10 stars if it was an option. Anything we needed whether at the hotel, reservations, taxis, tours, etc. the staff were so quick to make happen and always had a smile on their face. Incredibly friendly and just and absolute first class experience from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend Voya if you are traveling to Havana. It is a little bit outside of walking distance from Old Havana but taxis are less than $5 USD right into the heart of it all and the lovely ladies at the hotel can call one for you in less than 5 minutes. If you are looking for the best experience, look no further. We will be back and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else!

I booked this quick long weekend to Havana to celebrate my Bday and it was a Wonderful 5 Star experience!! First, the hotel Concierge staff proactively reached out to me to ensure I had all of my travel/entry documents in order, and to also offer transportation from the airport since I was arriving in the evening. They also answered a series of questions that I had before I left the US, which was very helpful and left me feeling safe and secure. Upon arrival at the hotel, they greeted me warmly with a Mojito cocktail in the lobby and gave me the lay of the land of the property, which is a beautiful 1920s restored mansion in a neighborhood. My room was lovely and had every accommodation you would expect from a five star hotel - nice linens, in-room coffee, Wi-Fi, a tray of dessert chocolates, a large, updated bathroom w/ toiletries, (it exceeded my expectations to be honest.) A full breakfast was included with my reservation and it was exquisite and high-quality every time. I can’t say enough about the entire hotel staff / the front desk, the concierge, the amazing Chef whom I met, all of the restaurant staff and also the bartender in the secret rear garden by the pool! The concierge also facilitated a lovely full day tour for me, which was perfect and very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Havana/Cuba. It was perfect in every regard, thank you VOYA!! <3

Our first trip to Cuba and we couldn't have asked to end up in a better place! We were immediately greeted by extremely beautiful people, inside and out! What a breath of fresh air to be surrounded by such gracious, friendly, helpful people! The hotel is impeccably clean with comfortable beds and 5 star food and service! As you ascend the stairs, a Beautiful staff of hostess are ready to ensure that your stay here is more than memorable. The team of hostess made arrangements for our activities each day. From the taxi ride, in an American, European, or Russian classic car through the bustling streets, to the hostess at an awaiting restaurant across town awaiting our arrival greeting us by name, no detail was left untouched. [Even translation] Now, this place is small, but THAT IS the beauty of it. It allows for that person, luxurious experience that engulfs you. The presentation of every dish matched its delicious taste. The Impeccable timing between courses, the attentiveness of the wait staff, as well as the personal service that you receive here will have you speechless. Both the daily cleaning and nightly turn-down service left you returning to a personally crafted, HAND WRITTEN note, welcoming you back to your room. I’d Love to see more of Cuba, but I’d be disappointed if the rest of the country didn’t treat me like this… … That’s why VOYA Boutique Hotel in La Havana, Cuba is the ONLY place I’ll stay here, and I will be back.

This is the best hotel in Cuba! I had an incredible pleasure being there on vacation! The hotel staff was responsive and immediately fulfilled all my wishes. The room was large and clean, I felt like a royal person in it.
