I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was large, very clean and had a nice view of the Dragon Bridge. We had the breakfast buffet each morning and the selection of food was plentiful. All of the employees were very friendly and engaging. A big thank you to Cindy for all of her assistance in making our stay in Da Nang a memorable one.

It is my third time staying at this hotel and I will definitely come back on my next visit in Da Nang. First of all, I can't emphasize enough how fantastic the staff of this hotel is. From the doorman to the lovely receptionists, the cleaning team to the professional and attentive ladies working in the buffet restaurant. Everyone is always ready to help you, answer your questions, and they go beyond and above to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The hotel itself is clean and welcoming. You can enjoy a beautiful lobby, the restaurant is classy and the food options at the buffet for breakfast are varied, fresh and delicious. There is also a nice pool, a bar and a good gym on the last floor. The rooms are clean, the AC is efficient and the beds are very comfortable. A bit more of storage space would be welcomed but it wasn't a problem during my short stays. Overall, if you don't mind staying a bit far from the beach (it's about a 10 minutes drive and you need to cross the Dragon Bridge), I would strongly recommend to stay at Fivitel Boutique Hotel Da Nang. It's in a very calm area and you can walk to several small restaurants and other commercial streets. Also, the service I got from all the staff is the best I got in Vietnam.

Great service. They helped us get tickets to Ba Na hills and the river boat ride at no extra cost just so we didnt have to wait in line.

Warm staff with constant smiles. Very comfortable. Surprise birthday cake for my friend on his birthday. Grab taxi. The breakfast is also delicious. We will use it again when we come to Da Nang.

Excellent service

First of all, the staff of this hotel were all nice, professional and helpful. From the welcome service to the check out process, the girls gave a wonderful service. The hotel is in a quiet area, near several restaurants and other stores, all in walking distance. Just take note that it's quite far from the beach by foot, if that's important to you, but a quick Grab ride will bring you there. The room is a bit small but was clean and has a modern look. I stayed there for 2 nights and there was no room service...I wonder if I had to ask. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for it's good price and quality service!

Check-in was at 14:00, but I checked in at 12:00. It was very hot, so the male staff brought me water. The setting of the TV was out of alignment. I was able to watch TV on the second day. All the female staff at the front desk were kind and helpful, and the breakfast was very good.

The staff were fantastic ! They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. It was a wonderful experience. The room was large , very clean and very comfortable. I would defiantly recommend Fivitel Boutique to anyone staying in Da Nang.

Fivitel arranged for us to be picked up at the airport at 1am. We were greeted with a delicious ginger juice welcome drink and they carried our bags for us to the room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious. In the morning, one of the staff members, Jenny, was incredibly friendly and chatted away to us during breakfast. She then arranged a grab for us to the beach. I highly reccomend this hotel. My only small negative would be that there wasn't any conditioner in the bathroom for my hair

Nice place- great non-beach side of river location(right close to dragon bridge. Only confusion is that there are 2 fivitel hotels- one on each side of river- and seems to. Evan issue until you familiar with place. Each facility not exactly the same amenities, but each one nice.

The front desk staff was very helpful and spoke good English, which was nice for me personally. The area is nice and the room was nice. I would say the TV was a bit odd to work, so I gave up trying. My bathroom also didnt have a shower curtain, or a place where one would go. The noises from the street were also a little loud, but Im not sure that can be avoided in the city. Overall it was a good place.
