AMAZING FOOD. Great staff.

Incredible experience 10/10

I’ve never experienced such incredible service. The staff just does things even without you having to ask. For example, if we ask for directions on site, they escort you there - not just tell you where to go. The cleanliness was out of this world. Things were constantly being kept up - rooms, landscaping, etc. you’d rarely see discarded plates or cups near pool bc it was immediately cleaned up. Food is incredible, of course, but pricey. You know that being a Nobu. There’s I think 4 main restaurants (Japanese, Mediterranean , steakhouse, and a breakfast spot - nothing included for what you pay, so be ready for that. You can order food at pool, too. You should know that you can’t swim at the beach. Literally no one was even ON the beach - the water is unsafe for undertow/current reasons. This is pretty much strictly a pool hotel, which there are 3 that vary in environment. Depending on where you’re at on the campus, it’s a bit of walking all around in the heat. It’s kind of far away from town. Hard Rock is next to it, which apparently has some stuff to do but we didn’t make it. You have to get cab or drive about 20-30 minutes into the main part of Cabo. So it’s great if you wanna get away from people. And lastly, be ready (like the rest of Cabo) to be sold on the residences (kinda like a vacation rental thing). Otherwise we had a BLAST relaxing at the pool and eating well at Nobu, which was kind of our plan!

Everything was amazing. A stay here is really setup for you to funnel everything through Nobu. I am accustomed to booking my own excursions and restaurants and the like, but it's much easier to just have them do everything for you. There is no Uber due to regulations, so you have to use a taxi to get off the property, or private transportation provided by the excursions. It is also far away from the heart of the action, so it's also much easier to just stay on the property and leverage all of the high end amenities. Muna is a must reservation, even more so than Nobu itself (go to both)! Be aware, there is no beach water access due to strong currents and rough waters.

The only issue is Little bit far from the main road.

I've visited numerous luxury resorts worldwide, but the service provided by Jesus "Nacho" Cota truly stands out. His attention to detail and exceptional hospitality made our stay unforgettable. The way he managed the hotel and treated us exceeded all expectations. Moreover, the food at every restaurant was outstanding, and the drinks were top-tier. I'm not easily impressed, but this experience definitely left a lasting impression. We will definitely be returning and will be requesting Nacho as our point of contact if possible.

One of the best resorts I’ve stayed at!

This trip was the perfect trip for a reset on life! From the beautiful ocean views mixed with the stunning architecture, how could you not feel cozy and relaxed? The staff was amazing, always greeting in passing and willing to help. But my absolute favorite was my personal concierge Luis who was only a text away to help me with anything was the best! Thank you NOBU for the perfect vacation

Where do I begin, excellence all around!! Beautiful property, all of the staff was so friendly, supper attentive….they remembered us by name, specially our son. He kept telling me, mommy they know my name, made him feel super special. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be returning.

The staff at this hotel were extremely rude and, in my opinion, blatantly racist—they even called my little sister the N-word, which is completely unacceptable. We couldn’t swim in the ocean because it was deemed unsafe, and the hotel failed to provide any beach amenities, like umbrellas, despite advertising these services. This misleading information, combined with the dangerous year-round conditions due to the hotel's location, makes it an unsafe place for children or anyone hoping to enjoy a day at the beach. None of this was disclosed on Expedia's website. Additionally, the hotel's restaurants are extremely overpriced, and the food quality is terrible—definitely not worth the cost. We left after our first night because of the racist and disrespectful behavior from the staff, but the hotel still charged us for the remaining three nights, and we have yet to receive a refund. Having previously stayed at Nobu in Miami with a wonderful experience, the service at Nobu Cabo was shockingly poor. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful property. Luxe in every way.

We travel frequently and the service was sub par. The food was the most expensive I have ever encountered and it was not very good. They put our room near a generator and it was very loud and ruined the trip. I do not recommend this hotel!!!!!

Beyond my expectations

Nice hotel, peaceful place with 4 amazing pools! Staff at restaurants are helpful. The food is really delicious 😍 Air con was making a noice and after telling them to do something Nobody came to fix it ! That’s not a 5-stars service 😞 Be carefull with your check at the end of your stay… they put one receipt… wrong room on mine!

Food was more expensive that other 5 star resorts, but the rooms were less expensive.

We have been to Cabo and stayed 4-5 star every time .We enjoyed the grounds and the pools. Food is beyond over priced. We spent several thousands of dollars here, including $60 for a pizza, $33 for fries. We are not cheap but what really irked us at the end upon check out was being charged $18 for water bottles placed in our room that no one told us were apart of the mini bar. We have always had several bottles of water in every room in México we have stayed in. To charge $9 per bottle and not tell us was weird and then as we are leaving the front desk guy goes “oh wait it looks like you guys took an additional bottle of water I have to charge u for” lol mind you we did not and we just finished paying over 1k in room charges. It was really petty and weird and just such a turn off to the point where we unfortunately will not be returning. Nobu learn a little class and etiquette with your guest! We spent 4k in total. I hope that $8 bottle was worth us never coming back.

incredibly awesome staff, hospitality and beautiful property. extremely mediocre food quality across two of the three restaurants (including Nobu restaurant) while prices are simply outrageous and do not reflect the quality expectations .

Great hotel, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. Imposible to get into the sea, too dangerous. The facilities are fantastic, dining is expensive.

It was a beautiful property with really good service. We had an incredible stay and everyone was very nice. We will definitely be back. If you are looking for 4 Seasons service, this may not be your spot, but is still an awesome hotel. Beautiful, great food, very clean and service oriented. We look forward to our next trip.
