The hotel is lovely. The rooms are very small. No chair to sit, only the bed. But everything was in walking distance.

The property is gorgeous and decorated impeccably. However the hotel is on a smaller size, more of a boutique feel. It was conveniently located to all restaurants and shops.
Wish the staff would be more friendlier, they all seemed to be frazzled at all times. When asked for anything it was accompanied by an eyeroll.

The hotel room was amazing! All of the decor of the hotel was magical and I felt like I was back in the 1920's. The food was gourment and amazing also! We will definitely be back.

The property itself was nice, the design and aesthetic were awesome, and the location was wonderful. Would stay there again but would note tried to get the main desk on the phone from the room a couple times one night to get some things sent to the room and never had anyone pick up. We also booked a room with a city hall view and was given a room one the other side of the hotel. Which isn’t a huge deal but I picked the option I had originally selected for a reason.

Very quiet and clean, great location across from the river, walk everywhere and free bikes to use. Negatives are unloading your car is awkward in an alley alongside the building and everything in the hotel closes down early. Lobby is nice but needs some upbeat music or something as it’s dead and no one hangs out there.

Beautiful hotel right in the historic area. The staff was amazing-friendly, very helpful, and fun to talk with. We had a very good meal in the hotel restaurant too.

The staff were wonderful - quick and attentive. Was surprised by the daily amenity fee but they did give a $10/day voucher which we used at the attached coffee shop. They also offered daily complimentary glasses of champagne for my wife and me. The location is terrific and the parking garage is right next door. We didn't need our car during the 3 days we spent in Savannah. The charm and character of this boutique hotel matched that of the historical district.

They didn't clean my room (only found out at the end of the day, on my return).
The bar and restaurant were closed on the the two nights that I was there, and was the main reason I had booked that hotel to begin with.
The breakfast food was very mediocre, despite all of the rave reviews. Also, I had forgotten to give my $10.00 voucher with my bill. Upon remembering, about 5 minutes later, they were not so willing to accept it (I didn't want to push it, so came back the following day for another lousy breakfast)

This hotel is lovely. The lobby is beautiful and comfortable for sitting and having a cup of coffee. The hotel is conveniently located to the riverfront and to a free city shuttle bus that can take one to all the famous city squares. The staff at the front desk were all cheery and polite.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and on an amazing location. The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The dining room was fabulous and we ate there almost every day. The only complaint was the housekeeping. It was very poorly done. The beds were made in a sloppy manner. Sometimes, glasses and cups were left and not replaced. Every day, we had to go and ask for coffee pods and milk which was supposed to be complimentary. In such a nice hotel, it is a shame. The first day itself we complained downstairs at the reception but nothing changed during our stay. Thank goodness the towels were changed and we were given shower gel!

The staff were very friendly and nothing was a problem,from the front desk and the valets to the waitstaff in the in-house restaurant. Service with a smile all around. Bath sheets,not dinky little bath towels. And very clean.
And would recommend the in-house restaurant,St. Neos. Food well prepared,again spotless.

The Drayton would smell of musty stale sewer starting in the evening until about noon the next day. The staff pretended like they had no idea what we were talking about. I guess they had been instructed to gaslight the guests, because there is no way they didn't know. Everything else about our stay was great.

This is a wonderful hotel. One thing I noticed is the paint in the rooms is absolutely perfect. So much so I actually noticed! Who notices paint? Great ice cubes, nice people, great mattress, just a really nice experience for our 50th elopement anniversary.

We arrived a few hours before check in and our room was ready which was so wonderful after traveling. It was very noisy at night I could hear doors banging above my room. There was a lot of traffic. The free breakfast was delicious. The staff was super friendly.

We really liked the complimentary breakfast and $10/day food & beverage credit…we used it at their all day coffee bar. Definitely in the middle of everything and super short walk to main shopping and restaurant street. Very clean and chill vibe utilizing an historical building like most of Savannah. It’s really nice to see the architectural preservation. The staff was very kind, courteous, helpful and friendly.
The only downside was that it was the first NFL game of the season on TV and the hotel lost its contract with NBC, ESPN, peacock and Hulu?
