The hostel is very close to a metro station and bus station, rooms and bathrooms are incredibly clean, the staff is very kind and speak a lot of languages! The only thing is the shower has very low pressure and it is very hard to wet long hair, it takes forever, and you have to push continuously to get it open again.

I would gave given a higher ranking if the manager at the front desk didnt try to embarrass me in front of all of the other travelers checking in when I asked for my bags to be watched for free for 2 hours because of all the inconvenience I faced. The first night I had to switch rooms because the AC wasnt working and it felt like a furnace in the room! It was terrible. I wasnt the only one, there were more people complaining and leaving the hostel. Then every night I had to re-encode my card because the card was so sensitive. Havent had that issue at other hostels yet the manager was blaming the guest for the issue. She was loud and rude to everyone including the workers. They could have more entertainment, like turning on the tv at the rooftop but it looks like theyre being cheap and cutting corners. The workers were very nice and helpful, including the cleaning staff. Outside of that, I stayed for the rooftop and the convenience of walking to everything and public transportation. Sometimes travelers just want to come and relax without being yelled at for voicing their concerns about the things that are wrong with the facility.

Staff-really nice and friendly and helpful
Facilities- everything is paper thin. If you are sensitive to noise to be able to sleep, would not recommend. The locker bin where you store your belongings does not lock even with a lock.

Being in a hostel, my expectations are adjusted. Am still disappointed the common are has no easy access for common communal functions like food prep, availability of hot beverage or even water. Hallways are a bit noisy Even in the early morning but no clear guidelines on acceptable and non acceptable practices. Clear posted guidelines will help to set expectations of patron and hotel.

Stayed in a 4 female bed shared room. Bed was nice, clean and spacious.
A lot of noise from bathroom, and upper rooms, doors opening and closing , etc.
Breakfast is an extra 6 euros and not so many options, but still.was good and comfortable if you dont have much time. You can stay until 11 am and work while you get endless coffee so I would advise to get their breakfast.
Check in is long, as there is usually a line, also in the.morning for breakfast you'll have to get in line so go early if you can..same for check out.
Overall good, nice location, close to Avenida metro. I arrived on a Sunday and there was dancing on the streets 2 blocks away.

Tight hotel room packing 6 beds. Bang your head if on lower bunk. 2 showers and 2 beds per floor. No meal prep. It's a hotel hostel. Excellent location, great rooftop, modern facilities.

Clean silent and perfectly organized, unfortunately no kitchen but well served, cheap supermarket around the corner, metro and bus station and lots of good restaurants.

Not upkept. Door would only shut properly if slammed which caused lots of noise to others. Rooms were not soundproof like described, could hear everything. Room were very tight for space and the drawer to store your belongings does not close or lock properly. You also need to bring your own lock. However you did get a queen bed and duvet. The included towel service was nice and the terrace was nice, wish they served appys up there. Showers took a long time to get hot water and only ran for one minute before turning off

The staff checking in weren’t too pleasant, but were efficient at least. Stayed in a single room on this property. I was pleasantly surprised by the conditions of the room and the cleanliness. The location in proximity to the center of the city, restaurants, bars and shops was perfect. Overall, a great stay!

However, if you take a closer look at every part of the hostel, it wont take too long for you to realise it has quite a lot of issues in it. First, everything in the room makes quite a lot of noise. For instance, it makes funny sound when you pull the drawer under the bottom bed to take out your stuff and even the bin in the room makes noise when you throw something away into it and it takes quite heavy and loud thud sound to keep the door closed and locked. The shower was the worst part for me. I have to keep pressing the button to have water coming out of the shower and its never strong enough and on top of that, theres some disgusting smell in the shower every times I take a shower. Overall, I dont quite get the feeling that the hostel is guest-friendly. They might look good but they really dont understand what we really need when staying in a hostel.

Great of value! It's new, the location is great. It's quiet and nice, and convenient for everything. I also like that the shower and the toilets are separate. However, on the other side, don't expect to meet a lot of people from this hostel since it's new. Also, the breakfast is not worth it.
