The food was really bad.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again. The food at 4 of the restaurants was terrible, I ended up with food poisoning for two days and when I asked to see a doctor they had me speak with their PR person who told me that they would charge me $200 to see someone. She then tried to tell me that my symptoms were probably related to dehydration. I told her that dehydration doesn’t cause all night vomiting and diarrhea. Then on the last day the same woman interrogated my young nieces about a small period stain left on one of the bed sheets and wouldn’t let us leave the hotel until they confirmed that it was in fact menstrual blood. This whole situation felt targeted and completely unprofessional. You couldn’t pay me to put up with this type of behavior

We loved Brenda for pool concierge and the travel concierge who helped book our camel adventure and airport transportation. The staff was mostly great. We were warned on check in about the travel scam/time share. Later phone calls to our room bc we didn’t attend. Then stopped ain the lobby. When asked why I didn’t do it. I stated kids. Kids will not sit for 2 hours. Plus, explained the safe in our room did not work. Which was never repaired. The air conditioning was ok. Would have been nice to have more fan. The food is ok. But not great. Lacks flavor and has tons of salt to make up for it. What was not ok is that they tracked us down wherever we went for dinner to harass us. One guy quasam wouldn’t leave me alone until o took his phone number to tell him my experience. Then the next 2 nights approached again. This place is a destination for weddings and that’s it. The swings outside over the water are the best. Along with the side pool. Not crowded.

I liked the amount of restaurants the resort had. The only thing that I wish is they would have more activities to do late at night after the pool closes.

Everything was good except the food. Surprisingly the food was not good.

Having enjoyed our stay here just 2.5 years ago, we decided to go back. Unlike our first visit, this time the property was not busy (very surprised). But right there check-in we recognized the staff was very disinterested in receiving us at the check-in counter. Super long wait (no line) and ultimately made us come back in 45 minutes (we were there at 2:15 pm, check-in is at 3:00 pm), only to put us in a terrible room by 3:35 pm. After several calls and visits to the front desk (ignored multiple times), they finally moved us to a better room (thanks Adrian).In the "better" room, the pull out sofa mattress was covered in orange stains (rusted metal from the bed frame, got photos) and they refused to change it for us. Their solution was covering it with a mattress pad. If the bed frame was exposed to so much moisture that it rusted, then the matters probably has a fair bit of mold growing it. On the 3rd day, housekeeping cleaned our room, but didn't give us fresh towels. We can back from the pool to shower, but there was 1 bath towel left in the room, and 2 hand towels. We called for fresh towels, but they never came. So I went back down to the pool and got us pool towels, where the guys in the shack asked me "didn't you already get 4 today?" as if pool towels are rationed. Day 4, I tried to take an afternoon nap (ciesta time?) and they decided to drill in the adjacent room at 3:30 pm. I recorded the noise. On day 5, they kicked us off of WIFI at 10:48 am, all devices. Sad.

We had an amazing time at Hard Rock hotel. Two families with 6 teens stayed for 7 nights. We loved the food choices and the cleanliness of the room and the different activities. They had pool parties. The hotel crews were amazing. They made us feel welcomed everywhere we go. By the 6 days, the servers already know us. The one thing I like about the hotel is also they don’t push you to buy time share or vacation time. They will assist you and help you to reserve car rentals or they will assist you to get medical care if you happen to be sick. My shoes were missing in the pool area and we reported it to the managements. They assigned people to investigate and they tracked down the shoes and found out who took it and confronted them and gave me back my shoes, that was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this hotel! I will definitely stay again!

Beautiful property, amazing customer service. Bar at the Adults only pool closed too early, at 5:00! Drinks were just ok but the food was really good.

The hotel is beautiful lots of pools. lots of stuff to do. The food is great lots of restaurants. they even gave me a personal assistant his name was Santiago very helpful. The only disadvantage hotel is too far from the marina where all the activities are.

Can’t make a reservation at any of the restaurants, you must go check in at the restaurant and then they tell you it’s 1:45-2:30 hours wait. The quality of food at the pool it’s very bad. The Buffet was good.

The property was clean and safe. Swim up room is a scam because the water is freezing. For the amount of money you spend you hear the word no entirely to much.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hard Rock. This post is late but I stayed at the Hard Rock 7/4-7/7. The gentlemen that handled my check in, Leo was fabulous! He assisted with me a room upgrade which was truly unexpected. The only issue was that there was a light mildew smell that hits you when you first walk in the door. The food was great, staff very friendly.

Perfect! The staff was very friendly, our room was super clean. Not one complaint, and I’ll definitely be coming back. The pools were very clean and refreshing. The food was excellent and came to my room super quick. Kenya at the front desk was very helpful and helped us out on our arrival shot out to her. Thank you for the hospitality.

Fun filled hotel with tons of activities for all ages. We loved the pools and restaurants.

We had an amazing stay at Hard Rock. Our room had a great view, the food was fresh and delicious. Valentin, Alexis, Alejandro, Chris were amazing Staff was wonderful Only negative this is the time share sellers, too many. Also the prices at the spa are too much, (pedicure) was expensive they do not offer gel services and the regular nail polish came off the same day.

the food was horrible so were the drinks for the amount of money they charge it’s ridiculous.

the beach resort was beautiful and had all the amenities you could ask for in a resort. we were very pleased with the food…we highly recommend this hotel for families. my kids enjoyed it a lot and can’t wait to go back!

Resort itself is nice abit far from town. Food was hit and miss some days better than others. 1 Club to dance at needs more seating to relax and unwind. Did not want to be approached for sales but they tried anyhow.

The hotel and grounds were nice with lots of beautiful pools. Our room was spacious, had lots of storage and was comfortable. The food options were hit and miss with our favorite being the sushi/ala carte side of Zen. Myra, our server there, was amazing. Los Gallos also had excellent food. The bell staff service was great but some of the food servers were less than enthusiastic. The slides were fun, we saw 2 good shows with talented singers and dancers and there were lots of entertainment options. However, the beach is unswimmable with extremely unsafe water conditions, which is a non-starter for us. And that fact is only discoverable through reviews, not on the website. We only agreed to go there because our family group chose it and had a young child and did not intend to go in the ocean anyway. Unfortunately, we will not go there again.

My experience at the Hard Rock in Los Cabos was nothing special. The staff and service was the worst part about my experience. Checking in was a mess. The staff just wants to upsell you any opportunity they get. The only thing I enjoyed was dining at the Zen restaurant, that was a 10/10. But I will not be back at this property, or probably Hard Rock resort.

This was a great family hotel with tons of food options, kind service people, clean rooms with friendly staff at every step of the way. Leo at the front desk was super helpful and kind! We have two kids and were nervous about booking a place with varied reviews. But after staying here, we’d definitely come back. We’ve stayed at places like XCaret, Barcelo, etc and this was right up there at the top in terms of food, quality of service and cleanliness!

Excellent place for a wedding

Room was decent, wish there was a little more privacy on the balcony while taking a bath. There wasn’t always hot water in the shower. The food was not the best I ever had but decent had a beach view beautiful. But not allowed to use the beach due to the location and high riptides so that was a bummer. The outside whirlpool is cold. For this to be all inclusive, they were limits on what was included in the all inclusive as far as certain meals and certain types of drinks. If it was seafood you had to pay and if it was top shelf liquor you had to pay. Sort of defeats, the all inclusive, the staff is very friendly very attentive. I wish they had more non-pork options for breakfast for those who do not eat pork or beef.
