Faucet in bathroom sink too small lighting terrible. Lighting not enough for such large room.

Always clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Close to TTU and local shopping/ restaurants.

Check in process was quick and efficient. Staff was GREAT! Whatever we needed they were right there to assiat.

The TV and microwave did not work. They offered to fix it the next day. Super helpful given I stayed one night. Worst stay ever. Won’t stay again.

It was a quiet and clean.

So… when we arrived the clerk told me the hotel was oversold and they had no place for us. They offered to move us to another hotel in a double queen… we had a king suite reserved and that wouldn’t have accommodated us. This totally ruined our plans to get ready for the show we were in town for. No manager to talk to - going until Monday, even though they had an over-full hotel all weekend. Won’t stay at Marriott again. Should have stuck with Hilton.

I booked a Marriott property as we loved living in a Marriott in Paris, France. That was clean, with fantastic staff and cleaning service every day. Here are my issues with the property: 1. We were there early, so they told us the room would be ready closer to check-in time. We waited in the lobby, and they checked other people before us. 2. We requested a higher floor room, but they tried to stick us to some first-floor room while asking other guests which floor they would prefer. Ultimately, after I reminded the lady, she gave us 3rd floor. 3. Now the fun begins: The room at first looked clean till I discovered the blood on the comforter. That was disgusting. I had to go to the front office, get a new comforter, and make my bed. (Just what I wanted to do after paying close to $250 a night.) 4. The bathrooms were horrible. I have pictures if anyone wants to see them. I have always preferred a walk-in shower; I booked it because they showed a glass-door shower. However, they gave us an ugly curtained one, and on top of that, the curtain on the inside was dirty with black stains. 4. After telling them to get the room cleaned daily, they decided to be passive and not leave new towels. I will never ever stay in a Marriott property in Lubbock again.

Hotel was ok but shower and bathroom could have been cleaned better in corners and along floor edges. Orange juice was like pale yellow water.

I have stayed here several times and this hotel is always clean and comfortable. Nice area and great location.

We’ve stayed here many times. It’s a really nice place to stay. However, when checking in on 8/12 around 4pm, there was no one attending the desk. Stood there a bit and a young lady with multiple piercings in her face walked up, no smile, asked if we were checking in. Yes. I got out license and credit card. She asked me to turn the card over so she could make sure the number matched what was in the system. It did. She gave me 2 keys and said the room was just around the corner to the left. It was turn left, walk all the way down the hall, turn left and go all the way down that hall. No big deal, just not exactly accurate. Had son with me, no sheets for sofa bed. No big deal, went back to ask for some. Walked up and said I’m back and asked for sheets. She did not look at me nor look up, said you need sheets? Turns around and goes to a bin and gets a set, doesn’t say a word to me and I had been talking to her when she did turn around to get the sheets. I just felt it was unusually bad customer service for check in. We will stay there again anyway, it’s a nice hotel. Maybe she had a bad day. It was just not the normal, really good and friendly greeting. More like I was bothering her.

Clean. Nice staff. One of cleaning staff didn't close my hotel room door after halfway cleaning/restocking the room. I was scared to walk in and slept with a knife by my bedside in case someone had entered my room. Elevator was shaky and sounded too unsafe to be in use.

This was hands down my families best hotel experience thus far. Our room was cleaner than any hotel we’ve been to. The kitchenette in the kitchen came stocked with dishes and utensils which made staying in our room even more enjoyable. We didn’t have to purchase anything extra because our room came stocked with towels, AND a bedding set for the pull out sofa. We will 100% be staying here again!

Very very nice staff and clean motel

There was multiple hairs on the bathroom floor. Cabinet door under the kitchen sink was off the hinges. We have stayed at this location many times. Seem to be going down hill. Cigarette butts on the yard in many places. Pool was temporarily closed for reasons unknown

Stayed for two nights 1. no one came in after the first night to clear trash or make beds 2. Kitchen sink EXTREMELY slow to drain and garbage disposal just hums. won't spin. 3. In the shower, they have pump dispensers for body wash / shampoo / & conditioner: Neat idea except they don't work either because they are empty or the pump is mechanically faulty. in short, don't work... 4. TV... you get news, sports, or kids shows. Nothing good For the price I paid for this room, everything better work! Not sorry to say, I won't stay here again. There are much better options.

Good location. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Staff are efficient at check in and check out. Could use better lighting in the bathroom area. Also, our bathroom sink was draining verrrry slowly.
