The room was not clean. We found small pieces of trash around the base of the beds, mold along the tub/shower wall, and aome ants in the room. The room needs a deep clean and confirmation from management before another guest is allowed to stay in the room.
This next piece of feedback isn’t the hotels fault, but the guests on the floor above us walked around the room all night both nights of our stay. Very difficult to sleep with the heavy footsteps.

Very nice stay for our family of 6. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our lunches to go. We enjoyed the smart tv and ability to log in to our Netflix account for movies at night. The pool was closed for the season but looked amazing and we really enjoyed the fire tower and seating in the courtyard. Very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. Parking lot well lit and security guard on staff in evenings.

Was on vacation with family and booked here bc of the other home2suites have been wonderful. This one was not as clean as the others and our fridge went out. BUT they were quick to accommodate us. They offered to let us have a second room to stay in but we declined bc we didn’t want to split us. They ended up refunding a night for inconvenience And it not being as clean as expected which was very kind.

I loved all the help I received as we had a departing flight in the evening. The hotel allowed us to stay in the room until 1pm. that way we did not have to rush. Then they allowed us on the property outside a little while longer then that. As I am a single mom of two this meant the world to me. The pool and Full breakfast were a huge plus!! Also the beds were very comfortable. Thank you all so much!

Room was ready when we arrived. Staff was great and even got a text checking on how we are doing. Only thing is that when we first walked in the room, there is a musty smell.

Very nice hotel. Clean and friendly. The pool just needs a bit more of cleaning as leaves is understandable as it is an outside pool, but my second day at the pool did notice it needed more attention. The been able to cook for a long stay in room is a plus. Good breakfast variety and the gym was clean and enjoyed by my 3 teens.

We always like Home2 layout but this was not up to the standards we usually see. Still very comfortable and only needed a bed and bower so it was fine. Room smelled like dog. Wish they would allow some rooms for pets and others stay pet free. Was also musty smelling. Very low water pressure in shower. People who were cleaning were more friendly than the check in staff by far. Safe area.

We stopped here overnight as a midway point in driving a longer distance. I wish we could have stayed here longer! The hotel was immaculate and well updated and cared for. Loved that the pull out bed was in the same space as the other beds-worked great for our family as no one was left sleeping by the door.
Breakfast was great. Fresh berries, egg McMuffin type sandwiches and other things. A little different than typical hotel breakfast. Wish we had time to try the pool, looked like fun!

First of all, I would like to start out with saying to stay very peaceful first day. It was a lot going on because of the Microsoft outage so definitely didn’t get the welcomes that we probably should have because the representatives were Scattered trying to help Yes check in that didn’t have the mobile app! We went downstairs to get some extra pillows and sheets, and two people was greeted before us!

Smooth check in despite there being a global outage. 3 mins away from the event we were attending. So it was super convenient. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of places to sanitize around the property which I thought was great. I would stay again.

It was ok. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. The air conditioner kept kicking on and off all night which kept me awake. Breakfast was basic.

Pro: The rooms were nice and clean. Well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. It was also spacious, and we enjoyed watching the TV with Netflix capabilities.
Cons: The rooms were quite noisy. The minute you get off the elevator on the second floor you can smell the smell of dogs. Very strong. The carpet definitely needs cleaning. The included breakfast was very limited.
Overall a great place to stay and if I were in the area I would stay there again.

Out of our entire trip, this hotel was the best lodging accommodation. Breakfast is what is supposed to be, and it was CHAMP! Staff - some friendly, some not so friendly.

The property was easy to get to and park. The staff was very friendly.
The pool area needed to be cleaned and filtered. Also, the beds were not made correctly (the dust ruffle was put on as the top sheet).

Everything was great! Nice big, clean room, comfy bed, friendly service...what more could you ask for! The pool was fun for the kids, and they have great loungers for the adults. We enjoyed the sitting area with fireplace outside too. Would recommend!

This is a nice hotel and fairly clean. The only issue is the pool is very small. It is only 4 feet deep— and tiny in comparison to the way it looks in the pictures.
