We loved our stay and will be back! The hotel is very clean and nice. They even have a playroom
For kids!! It’s a 10 minute walk to the best shopping and restaurants. Natalia at the front desk helped find a great hike and was very knowledgeable.

Lovely property, great view, room was clean and comfortable. Spa was great. Breakfast was amazing. Check in at 3pm only so don’t try any earlier. They have play spaces for kids. Highly recommend

I paid for mountain view as a treat as we usually stay in budget hotels, the room was huge and the mountain view i asked for was truly amazing, best hotel ive stayed in.

A very good hotel. Perfect service. Great spa and pool. 10 minutes from the center. Easy to walk . Rooms are specious and new. Good value for the price.

Beware the information on Expedia is not accurate. Rooms in the residences like the apartment are not air conditioned. The hot tub and pool are pretty but they purposefully keep it warm, not hot. The staff were very helpful, especially Agnieszka who helped us move from the apartment to an air conditioned hotel room.

The pillows don’t offer any proper neck support so I was waking up every morning with a stiff neck / back.
The pool / spa is the highlight of the property.

New facility, 5min walk to the center, huge rooms and even bigger apartments. small swimming pool, however 600ft from the hotel there is a huge Aqua Park with hot springs and slides for kids.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The food was excellent and our room was very comfortable. The only slight criticism was that the temperature in the swimming pool area/spa was a bit cold.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and cozy rooms. Rooms are very clean, bathroom is also kept in very good and clean condition. Excellent house keeping service. Breakfast is good and has a huge range of food.

Given current circumstances was a really nice stay and welcome break from the city where I live. Hotel is in a great location 5 mins walk from the Main Street as well as being modern and having everything you would expect. Staff were great. Looking forward to going back again one day !

Room was ok. The restaurant too small for breakfast very crowded very bad organized. We ordered some food at night not a pleasant experience. One dish we had to return and soup was literally 4 spoons big :). There was no parking to park. We thought this property was 10 years old and we learned was a couple of months old. Would never recommend for the price we paid.
