Prompt and courteous hosts, lovely property

Excellent service, beautiful location, near many outdoor activities and restaurants.

The owner (Rachel) was very helpful and kind. She baked us a Walnut bread (i think) that was great with our coffee. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were VERY comfy. Across the street in an awsome restaurant (expensive but worthy).

Just spent one night to celebrate our anniversary. Jake and Rachel were lovely, accommodating hosts. Continental breakfast included homemade muffins and granola which were delicious. There is a cat and a dog on premises but not allowed in the guest area.

We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Quaint, unique property. Check in was super easy, clean and well accommodated room, close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful spot, well maintained and lovely stay. Girdwood is an awesome spot and carriage house is a cool location to enjoy all it has to offer. My son who has been sleeping in a tent all summer in glacier view found the futon fold out a little uncomfortable, however that may have been related to his love of being in his tent.

We really didn’t like the use of cameras INSIDE the house. Felt like an invasion of our privacy. The master bedroom was pretty stuffy even with a fan. Other than that, it was a great stay. Very pretty views, nice and clean, didn’t get to use the hot tub but loved that they had one, and they had coffee available for you.

Quiet and cozy little continental breakfast B&B. The property is beautiful with a creek running behind it. Nice hot shower and a comfy bed in the Carriage room. It was nice having coffee available in the morning as well as easy quick breakfast items. Simple check in and out.

We had a nice cozy stay in the Hayloft "cottage". It was an upstairs apartment above the other two "cottage" efficiencies, originally an old barn that held their horses and hay. It was very clean and well furnished! Beautifully built with character, and decorated well. We enjoyed the full kitchen allowing us to make our own meals. It is across the street from the Double Musky a legendary local Alaskan Cajun Restaurant. There was a nice hottub that was available for use under a gazebo. We didn't end up using it, but we liked that it was there if we wanted to. We would recommend this place to everyone looking for a special getaway!

The property is wooded and attractive. Directly across the street is a very popular rustic restaurant open for dinner and drinks. Convenient! Only a quick walk down the road there is a small trail leading down to a creek with pretty ferns. We stayed in Tecumseh’s Stall & it is charming, well supplied and perfect for the two of us.

Nice B&B, comfortable, good location.

Great location, beautiful and comfortable accommodations, and friendly hosts. I chose this B&B cottage somewhat randomly for my first visit to Alaska, and I feel like all other future accommodations will have a hard time living up to it. I hope to visit again someday.
